sixth episode 

for this edition I went to the record stores of amsterdam to fullfill a longterm thought of doing a hip-house mix. I've admired those cracky snares and groovy baselines for a long time, but sadly most of them come along with lots of cheesy vocals. Giving my best to stay away from them, I found some good stuff, added a few digital tracks, and recorded it instantly two days after at @portente's studio. This is what came out. 
I also uploaded two tracks on my channel which haven't been on youtube yet.

Ultramarine is a French girl living in Leipzig. She started DJing a year and a half ago and she describes her sound as proggy, trippy, dubby, breaks, idm, electronica - psychedelic jams and badass rhythm. So far she has been mainly recording mixes for podcasts series or playing at THF and CallShopRadio. Last fall she celebrated her club debut at a WARNING party in a club in Chemnitz and will play her first festival this summer in France (Love On Other Planets, Atom) as well as at Tarmac in September.
