Jansons returns to Circus Recordings with the infectious house anthem "Medicine" feat. Dope Earth Alien. Following his 2019 debut on Circus Recordings with the massive ‘Switch’, Jansons quickly established himself as one of the most exciting UK producers on the scene and continues to demonstrate his ability to deliver dancefloor-focused house music. His latest track "Medicine" is no different.

Accompanying Jansons on ‘Medicine’ are the vocals of familiar collaborator and Toronto-based singer-songwriter, Dope Earth Alien. With her signature sound echoing over the track, she layers fun vocal lines over Jansons bass and percussion-laden production.

Following up one of the standout tracks of 2019, ‘Switch’ dominated the dancefloors of clubs and was a regular feature in the record bags of artists such as Marco Carola and Honey Dijon, as well as receiving a number of spins from Annie Mac and Danny Howard on BBC Radio 1’s Dance Music shows.

Embedding himself amongst a new-wave of underground house artists, Jansons has regularly appeared on Radio 1’s Dance Music shows alongside a number notable releases on labels such as Knee Deep In Sound, FourThirtyTwo and Hot Creations. He’s also performed at venues and festivals such as Fabric, Hideout, BPM and Warehouse Project. With career-defining releases such as ‘Medicine’ on the horizon, 2021 promises to propel Jansons further into the spotlight.

On July 15th 2022, Anetha will release the second seismic compilation on her label Mama Told Ya titiled 'Contre tout, toutes et tous, la terre demeure' - the release comes just one year after 'L’eau repousse les feux agressifs'.

The compilation comes up with the collaboration of 19 artists and 19 tracks - all of which are divided into 4 vinyls. Anetha has brought together a generation of young electronic music artists from around the world to get their hands dirty and produce some solid gems.

"I created "Trust your eyes" at the beginning of 2021, during a time where I really wanted to experiment more vocals as a real lead in a song. I wanted to create a contrast between the first and second part. The first one is really based on drums and fxs, all linked by an arpeggio. As for the second one, it is more minimalist and really "less is more" vibe. This track is a really a good foretaste of what my next releases (maybe a full LP on Mama told ya ahah ?) will look like." – Mac Declos

Positioned at the forefront of the international scene for quite some time as a DJ and label head, Kr!z first unveiled his work to the public as a producer on a few compilations starting in 2017, leading to a debut full-length EP ‘Mantra’ in 2019 via Token. After solid follow-ups on Setaoc Mass’s SK_Eleven and James Ruskin’s Blueprint, Kr!z now offers ‘Atlantis’, pushing new depth into two original tracks with remixes by the infamous Oscar Mulero and exciting up-and-coming Marcal.
  
‘Nautilus’ brings a loopy groove with momentary dissonant synth-work to polish things up. Stricter transitions provide structure to the EP as a whole, and the energy passes from a maelstrom to waves. To conclude, Brazil’s Marcal provides his take on ‘Nautilus’ by tightening the seams and adding his famed groove to Kr!z’s work. Particularly playful on the drums and fleeting stabs, Marcal adds sway to the mix with an infectious pulsating bass line that effortlessly pushes all other elements; never once losing his balance.

Slam presents a brand new series of carefully curated VA’s on home label Soma.

Aimed at showcasing exciting, emerging artists "Exhibit" aims to channel techno's fundamental frequencies as Slam seek out the rawer, deeper end of the spectrum with selected artists, focussing on the deeper and hypnotic sound of techno.

Packing in 8 tracks across this first release, Slam open with title track ‘Exhibit 1’ a deep, sub heavy and electrifying roller. Newcomers Mist Gasp are up next with the suitably trippy Final Return followed by the pairing of Confluence & Von Tee Rah who pack in a lot of attitude with Unit 1. Brazilian producer Marcal steps up with the groove laden Tombstone, quickly followed by Berlin’s Denise Rabe who treads a darker path with the driving, Walking On Borders. Another Berlin based pairing, Angioma & BLANKA, serve up the crafty Tricky Sunday before James Bong drops the fast paced yet minimalistic and melodic Roses 101. Closing out the release is Glasgow based producer Tremor who has been making waves in his home city with his on point, minimal sound and his track, A Moment, sums ups his style perfectly.

Casmalia is a producer, DJ, songwriter, and live vocalist residing in San Diego, CA, who has taken the west coast house music scene by storm. A classically trained musician with a degree in audio engineering, Casmalia has been consistently churning out club weapons since her freshman EP in 2017 on Hood Politics Records. She has since earned affiliations with Insomniac Records, mau5trap, Night Bass, Box of Cats, IN/ROTATION, Farris Wheel, Space Yacht, and more. She was named one of “2022’s Artists to Watch” by both Nightenjin and EDM Identity, citing both her increasing festival bookings and successful releases. Her tracks have seen support from David Guetta, Claude VonStroke, AC Slater, Green Velvet, Bijou, Gene Farris, Noizu, Kyle Watson, and many more across both the EDM and tech house worlds. After her widely acclaimed release “Four Letter Word” on the mau5trap/Insomniac Records compilation album in 2021, her tour schedule took off and hasn’t slowed down since. Some highlights include singing live at both EDC Las Vegas and the DoLab stage at Coachella, a 2023 Splash House debut, closing for Diplo at a sold out show at The Midway in San Francisco, performing at both the 9 and 10 year anniversary parties for AC Slater’s Night Bass in 2023 and 2024, and providing direct support for both Kyle Watson and Noizu on their 2023 tours. She recently hosted the May 2023 edition of Femme House sessions, partnering with LP Giobbi’s flagship project to provide free educational resources to women and LGBT+ artists. Casmalia is also a Groove Cruise resident, playing 4 festivals in a row including a b2b2b with VNSSA and LP Giobbi on Groove Cruise 2024.

With a prevailing tendency to walk the lines of light and dark, exposing boundaries at the intersections of duality; IN_DUAL weaves despairing basslines with notes of hope, and heavenly progressions with beastlike beats. Berlin-based producer and DJ Lars Huismann has been carving out his own sonic niche within the techno landscape since 2011. Early explorations on his own LHR imprint laid the foundation for a sound deeply rooted in dub techno influences, blending old-school aesthetics of early 2000s styles with modern production techniques. This approach crystallized in his celebrated “Sounds From The Past” trilogy on Mutual Rytm.Throughout subsequent releases like “Catharsis,” (Mutual Rytm) Huismann continued to evolve, drawing on harder, darker sonic palettes without losing his characteristic depth and complexity. 

In his latest offering, the “Mechanized” EP (Monnom Black), Huismann fully embraces the often-overlooked realm of Tribal Techno, establishing it as a dynamic link between various strands of the genre and its darker territories. While Hardgroove has seen a notable resurgence and garnered renewed attention, Huismann’s intent here is not to align himself as a Hardgroove producer. Instead, he draws from Tribal Techno’s storied past—from Jeff Mills’ Purpose Maker series to Oliver Ho’s groundbreaking experiments—breathing new life into its legacy. With fierce 909-driven percussion, syncopated hand drums, and that late-’90s tension-building interplay of rides and claps, Huismann provshows es he can channel tradition without tethering himself to a single sub-style, guiding listeners towards a future informed by, but never confined to, the past.

“Mechanized” EP evoking a classic feel while injecting novel ideas into the mix. Just as “Sounds From The Past” reintroduced and recontextualized early-2000s tropes, “Mechanized” nods to the past while pushing forward. Each track—take “Dominion” with its filtered echoes, or “Orbital” with its hypnotising, resonant synth lines—hides an innovative twist amid the familiar rhythmic bedrock. Huismann employs these well-worn frameworks not as a nostalgic crutch, but as a means to slip in new sonic ideas under the listener’s radar, ultimately evolving the culture rather than merely replicating it.

For his next Token EP, Kr!z delivers squelchy synth sequences over robust kicks, reinforcing his no - nonsense approach to club music. Classic in its conception yet psychotic in effect, Ipso Facto is a record built for powerful sound systems during the night’s most delirious moments.

First impressions are important; the Belgian producer has never been one to waste time, and this record is no exception. What you hear is what you get — an anxiously slithering synth line makes his intentions clear in De feat the Purpose, driving people to the dancefloor. Dry drum machine work thunders throughout, locking in the Token style with precision. Moving into the next track, ‘Chrome Dust’ focuses more on the tonal side of things and its irresistible groove makes i t an instant ear catcher. Playful rides and snares shape the progression, with Kr!z swapping percussion elements to keep the movement lively. 

The title track is a true hip swinger on the B1 as he reaches in the low end of the synth sequence to establish a very compelling rhythm. Everything in its right place, and not a hair more, the percussion transitions are reminiscent of his 4 channel DJ sets, the energy always being on the move. Equilibrium closes the EP with high energy, opening up filters over a reli ably bouncy rhythm. Years of experience behind the decks can be very instructive for a perceptive producer, and Kr!z proves us just that in this track and in the whole EP.

Laster Records is a new imprint launched by the Laster Club collective in Madrid. Alongside its local activity, Laster has organized events in clubs across Amsterdam, Paris, and Berlin, and collaborated with festivals building a community around contemporary underground techno. Their first release is a VA that features some of the finest talent in techno.

The A-side opens with Alarico’s “Of Which Sugars”, a gritty, percussive storm of fast-paced techno, where tension builds through syncopated rhythms and distorted grooves. Following is Yanamaste’s “Disconnection”, a cerebral track infused with cold atmospheres, broken patterns and a sense of controlled chaos — reflecting the Georgian artist’s unmistakable mental approach. On the flip, Chontane delivers “Palindrome”, a futuristic and dynamic tool with flickering synth stabs and machine funk energy. The EP closes with Roll Dann’s “The Red House”, a cinematic and melancholic trip through layered textures and deep basslines, paying homage to the label’s own mythology.

Munich-based duo Glaskin, brothers Jonathan and Ferdinand Bockelmann, have become pivotal voices in modern techno, known for their residency at the legendary Blitz Club and standout releases on labels like Mutual Rytm and Figure. Their live sets channel dynamic, forward-thinking energy, and now they bring that momentum to FJAAK's ever-expanding CROWD family.

With the Blue Light EP, Glaskin deliver four impeccably groovy tracks that balance stripped-down flair and shimmering texture. "Blue Light" opens the EP with mellow synth tones, a lean, hypnotic beat and a vocal loop murmuring 'here we go' that signals the underground journey ahead. Next up is "Captcha", releasing as the single, where a spoken female voice is layered atop rhythmic percussion, marrying atmosphere with groove-driven momentum. On the B-side, "Tape", digs deep into rolling uncompromising techno territory, strict in structure yet irresistibly danceable. Born in Brăila (RO) and shaped by chaos, Gojnea76 grew up between moshpits, engines, and motor engines. That mix of speed and curiosity became the core of his sound: bold, functional, and unpredictable, living between house, techno, and a badass attitude.

His music lives where swing meets tension, house with a bite, grooves that flirt, and basslines that stick long after the lights cut out. Each release feels like a risk taken with precision: familiar enough to trust, strange enough to turn heads.

After two near-fatal accidents and a long recovery, Gojnea rebuilt both his body and his discipline. What came out wasn’t darker, just sharper.

In 2024 he founded Future Electronics, his label and studio playground, and in 2025 he launched FUEL, a party series celebrating pressure, release, and everything in between.
With over 100 tracks released and sets across Europe and US, from Sunwaves, Robert Johnson to HÖR, The Lot Radio and Waking Life, Gojnea76 has carved his own lane in modern electronic music.

He doesn’t try to prove anything. He performs because it feels good, and it shows.

Seattle-based Northern Cold is a rising talent, carving his own path in high-energy hard trance and hard techno. 

Influenced by hypnotic rave music from classic eras along with harder elements from punk and metal, he isn't afraid to step across genre boundaries or take risks. 

He launched EONS Label in 2024 to highlight the best new tracks that capture this spirit. The label is rapidly growing and has already released original EPs from Northern Cold, CYNTHESZR, IN_DUAL, Ominousboy, Instead of 7, and KRØK. 

In 2024, he became a resident DJ for Substrate Techno. This new collective has established a regular event series for hard techno in Seattle. This year has seen the expansion of the EONS Label team, its first vinyl release (Northern Cold's Onyx EP), and the beginning of its label showcase event series.

Alex Farell is perhaps one of the youngest DJ’s of the hard techno and hard dance movement. He started producing music at just 12 years old from his home in Liverpool whilst still at school. That quickly turned into playing at clubs two years later, at just 14 years old, where he had to legally be chaperoned to the clubs. Once he turned 18, with 4 years’ experience already under his belt, it opened up the world for the young phenomenon.

At the age of 15 he signed his first track to Kaleidoscope Records, which led to many more on a multitude of labels, releases that were pivotal to his career development. These early releases started to blow up, with key support from many DJ’s at some of the biggest shows, and gained him a lot of recognition, leading to a signing to Teletech in 2020, and his landmark debut for Boiler Room at the age of 16 that went viral.

In 5 years, Alex has secured a substantial collection of releases, including tracks on Reckless, The Meaning Of Rave, Taapion, HEKATE, Masked Rules, TELETECH and Exhale.

Notably his biggest releases were his ‘3am In Berlin’ single on Reckless as part of their VA in 2024, his ‘Jungle Boy’ EP on Taapion and the massive collaboration single ‘Prisoner’ with Sara Landry on HEKATE in May 2024, his latest release ‘Sonic Pulse’ came out in July on Alan Fitzpatrick’s We Are The Brave.

After Boiler Room at 16, he made his debut at Creamfields in 2024 and closed the massive Parklife Festival for TELETECH in Manchester, along with being a key artist on the brands international events ever since he signed to them in 2020. With upcoming shows at Blackstone Warehouse in Liverpool, OST in Berlin, Creamfields and Emerge Festival in Ireland, he has a lot to look forward to.

Upcoming release highlights expected before the end of the year will see him return to Sara Landry’s HEKATE with his debut studio album and an EP on Azyr’s label Speed Limit.

Alex is a DJ who has always and only had music as a career, he never had another job or knew anything else in terms of a career path. He stands for music having no age limit and wants to show other young producers that you can create something amazing, whilst having nothing.

Setting the stage for a powerful statement, we announce Munich-based Tenzia‘s release of ‚Tumble,‘ an eight track album that finds grace, humor, and pure dance energy in the inevitable moments of disorientation. The artist reframes every fall and stumble not as a failure, but as the most crucial opportunity for radical redirection and personal growth. 

Musically, the album is driven by complex, evolving arrangements and striking progression, designed to capture a wide emotional range. This depth never compromises the club‘s energy, as every piece is meticulously engineered to be a functional

Premiere: ANOTR - Love Can Do (Extended Mix) - NO ART

The last month of the year is here and elrow Music wants to start the celebration early, with the release of its ERM145th reference, in the form of a Various Artists EP. And this isn’t just any other EP. "elrow In Stereo Vol.1" is the first collaboration between elrow Music and Stereo Productions, the worldwide recognized platform of Chus & Ceballos.

In this first take, the Stereo crew has taken over our headquarters and have tailored a high rolling EP, with tracks by Chus & Ceballos with Melé, Danny Serrano, David Herrero and Rafa Barrios – all of them, familiar faces of the Stereo family –. Without a question, one of the big highlights of this V.A. is Chus & Ceballos collab with Melé, showing off their studio trickery. ‘Galera (Original Mix)’ is the track, that starts with a shy energy, but thanks to the African percussion, the atmosphere and melodies that guide the track, the chanted vocals and the overall progression its turns itself into a techy beast, perfect for peak times on the dancefloor.

elrow in Stereo

Premiere: Chus & Ceballos & Melé "Galera" - elrow Music

Slovenian DJ and producer Umek has released Vibrancy, the second EP in as many months on his own 1605 label, out 31st May.

The weighty, three-track release comes off the back of April’s 19119, and sees the veteran artist combine a tougher techno sound with more emotive, melodic elements. The EP’s title track is the clearest example of this, with a pounding kick-drum making way for a groove-laden breakdown halfway through. ‘Acid Rain’ is a heavier proposition, a full acid workout that harks back to Umek’s rave-era beginnings. Loosening off somewhat, closing track ‘Constellations’ is underpinned by a steady, measured groove.
   
"Vibrancy" is evidence of a versatile artist capable of pairing emotional melodies with the heaviest of techno beats, and is out 31st May via 1605.

2019 saw Italian producer Carlo Whale hit a turning point in his career with the release of his debut EP on Berlin based label, @einmusika-recordings. Making an impression with the inaugural release, he reaffirms himself in the Einmusika family as he returns to the label with his new ‘The Future Is Now’ EP.

Developing and honing his craft since 2013, Carlo has been pursuing the boundaries between music, technology and nature. Carlo’s unique production techniques utilise the environment around him as he tempers the emotions of moments in time into expertly crafted Techno.

‘The Future Is Now’ EP further demonstrates his preference for melodically themed peak time club moments. Amid horns and progressive basslines, Carlo builds a spell-binding atmosphere. Pushing forward his love for melody, ‘Lying Eyes’ uses piano synths that grow to build euphoria, meanwhile ‘Glass House’ brings out a more ambient side of the EP.

To Joachim Pastor, music isn’t about the hypes, trends or the weekly special. The French DJ, producer and Hungry Music founder has been casting aside music world mania in favor of a timeless sound since first breaking into the scene, and the release of his debut album sees the recent Armada Music signee push into a new chapter with that exact trademark.

A true perfectionist when it comes to the quality of his product, Joachim Pastor studied at the Versailles conservatory between the ages of 4 and 15. Near the end of his time at the conservatory, when his hopes of playing guitar in a band had started to grey out due to the sheer impracticality of it all, he started downloading music software with the intention of creating his own virtual band to play guitar with. That one thing led to another, and Joachim Pastor’s music has been sporting an electronic edge ever since. 

Inspired by the works of seminal artists such as Daft Punk, Sonata Arctica and Jean-Michel Jarre, Joachim Pastor’s melodious brand of electronica offers a sense of sophistication not easily found in today’s music world. Designed to make listeners feel with every fiber of their being, his music is an expression of emotion with a danceable twist, endorsed by hundreds of thousands of fans on Spotify alone as well as those who witnessed his performances at the likes of Dour, Tomorrowland, Paleo, Olympia, Solidays, DGTL, Pleinvrees and more.

Stepping up for @oddityrecordings' next release is emerging melodic techno talent Coeus. He is no stranger to the label run by @furcoatmusic, having contributed to the latest Odd Echoes V.A and remixing EarthLife's "Italia". This time he presents a three-track EP, joined by the duo Alfa Romero on remix duties.

Serbian based Coeus has been steadily amassing support and can already claim that names such as Tale Of Us, Solomun, Adriatique, Dixon and more are behind his music. He played the piano from a young age and this early understanding of melody seeps into his music now. Characterized by deep melodic progressions he has forged a unique sound in this space. 

The title track “Echoes” opens the package. It's everything you would come to expect from the Serbian, built on a drive drum track, the track is highlighted by a beautifully evolving synth line throughout. It takes you on a journey throughout and keeps the ear hooked.
