Two of the most exciting DJs and producers pumping music out of The Netherlands at the moment, Alec Dienaar stands in the techno scene with a unique sound that blends the classic with the modern, music filled with punchy percussion, catchy grooves, and compelling tracks that energize the dancefloor. Meanwhile STIPP resonates with the new essence of classic techno, bringing his fresh and innovative perspective by skillfully incorporating elements from a variety of genres like house, garage, and old-school hip-hop. Moreover, the two have had their tracks played out worldwide by the likes of Carista, Roza Terenzi, JakoJako, Mark Broom, Anetha, and Fjaak to name a few.

Italy's Hertz Collision steps up for this week's Guest Mix

Hertz Collision is a duo formed by Francesco Profeti and Pietro Franchini. They began to collaborate in 2009 due to their musical taste, and then began releasing music from 2014 on labels like Tono Limited, Serial Number 849, Concrete Music, and Dynamic Reﬂection. The duo was invited to Strasbourg by Munfaktur Crew to play next to Johanna Knutsson in 2015. Hertz Collision also played in Valencia and Naples. In 2016 they got the chance to release on Invite's Choice Records next to Wrong Assessment and Savas Pascalidis. They have gone on to release on Percistence, Uncage records, and on a digital V/A for PoleGroup. 

This was followed up by performing at the ADE 2017 Dynamic Reﬂection showcase at Radion, and a second digital EP on the label with a massive remix from Stranger, as well as theirﬁrst complete EP on the well-known underground label called Frozen Border. 

Their set are characterized by a deep and impressive knowledge of the worldwide techno movement, by driving rhythms and powerful techno.

It was magical. Such beautiful people; giving it their absolute all dancing holes into the decayed rugged carpet of an old derelict building until way beyond the dawn of day. 

Thanks all for dancing with me well into the morning glory. You were fantastic!

I hope this recording catches some of the shine of this amazing night and I hope to see you all soon dancing the night away, either in clubs or on the down and out; being happy and forgetting for a brief moment about the total lack of understanding and absolute disregard for the way of life we hold dear.
