With a major focus on Drones and Atmospheres that weave through each other as eerie textures convolute their way through the thick fog that eventually engulfs them. He seeks to convey the Depth of his emotional state through intelligent and unique sound design, always looking to create music that is timeless rather than trendy

We are delighted to welcome Linn Elisabet for the 21st instalment of our BPitch podcast series. 

Linn Elisabet is a Berlin-based producer, DJ, and singer. Led by their own ethereal vocals, raw broken beats, and immersive sound design, their contemporary and transgressive interpretation of techno strives to reimagine reality and desire. With a classically trained past in cello and church choirs, it is a given where their reverberant soundscapes and symphonic narratives have their roots.

Kill Acid on Space was born in Bari, Italy. From a young age he will begin to experiment new sounds to use in his productions and in his DJ sets. His style is dominated by techno sounds with electronic and atmospheric contrasts.

From 2018 he will begin his experience of performances far from Italy. Over time he will perform on several important stages such as the Reaktor in Amsterdam selected by DVS1 during the ADE festival, in Prague for the Come In showcase, in Edinburgh, Berlin and other European capitals.

In 2018 he also founded the group The Alchemical Theory, an all-Italian trio that over the years will bring to light many works on important record labels. The strong point of the trio is the live set that will allow them to propose their musical vision around the world.

In 2020 he founded Different Exhibition, an independent record label that combines the art of painting and sculpture with the art of music. Over the years the label will release works made by international artists such as: Claudio PRC, Blazej Malinowski, Desroi and others...

Since 2022 he has been the founder and curator of the Funzioni Continue collective, an event organization based in Barcelona and also becomes resident DJ of the Italian collective Sinergo.

He is always looking for inspiration and innovative ideas to make his music unique and guarantee the listener a true mental journey.

Kichi Kazuko is the Kyiv-based techno project of Inna Shapovalova. 
DJ and producer from the Dots crew representing Kyiv's underground electronic stage. The Kichi Kazuko phrase was taken from Japanese culture. Kichi means kind. Kazuko is a cheerful child.
Kichi is a promoter and boss of the label Kazuko Music. Launched in 2019, Kazuko Music is an organic extension of Kichi’s passions as a DJ, producer, and voracious record collector. Also, Inna has recently become interested in modular synthesis. 
Kichi has been released on label such Absorb, Soniculture and O'clock, Krill Music, Fiedel II and of course on her own label. The most famous track written by Inna is "Morning Forest" released on vinyl by the label called Super Sound Tool. 
Recently Inna performed at Hör, Boiler Room, and Rave the Planet Berlin ( reincarnation of legendary Love Parade ). 
Her interesting style and infectious energy have set new tones and earned her a devoted following and invitations to different clubs. Kichi's idiosyncratic take on both new and classic references: acid drones contrasting with the break rhythms - jungle or electro, expressive dynamics with funky sound, and hypnotic wave combine with 4/4 techno functionality therefore, she successfully mixes the new with the old sounds.

 As an established artist, Rommek has expanded his own sound, carving his way into the current techno and experimental scenes since 2013.  His extensive interest in sound design is crafted within the cinematic atmospheres, heavy broken rhythms and electrifying tones found within his productions. 

Rommek joined the seminal Blueprint Records in 2016, releasing five EPs, gaining remixes from label owner James Ruskin, Broken English Club, O/V/R (Ruskin & Regis) and Makaton, which established his position on the map. Since then, a steady output of releases on Tommy Four Seven’s 47 imprint, Leyla Records, Natural Selection, Mord, Hex and collaborative release with the Spanish duo NX1 has expanded his discography. 
 
Since releasing over 15 EP's, Rommek has gained a wide range of noteworthy support, from BBC Radio 1, to features and reviews in Mixmag, The Wire, The Quietus and Fuze magazine. In 2018 he was featured within the top 100 globally charted artists on Resident Advisor. Furthermore, as a touring DJ, he has played extensively around the globe from iconic venues such as Tresor in Berlin, Printworks in London, Warehouse Elementenstraat in Netherlands, LAB Madrid and several across the Americas. From this, it’s clear that Rommek is driven to continue expanding his capabilities and keep things moving forward.

Axel Karakasis is the most recognizable Greek name in the Techno scene. His career is marked by several classic themes and a series of appearances that have established him as an international DJ. 

The rise to his present status did not happen overnight, but goes back to the 80s and the 90s, when Techno made its first appearance. Fascinated by this new wave, Axel’s courtship with electronic music saw a very different light… 

By the late 90s, he was already known through various DJ residencies in Athens, as well as through his regular events with his team “Bubbles” –to be remembered to this date by many! This was when the techno wiz-kid earned his place among the top Greek DJs and appeared in numerous events in the biggest clubs of the Greek capital! He soon became the most wanted Greek Techno DJ, playing regularly in the biggest venues in Athens, Thessaloniki, Mykonos, Crete and all over his native Greece. 

Being a restless spirit led Axel to new avenues in music production. He always wanted to play unique music in his sets. That’s what drove him to get into the studio and begin his own productions. In 2000, he had his first release on Pornographic Recordings and this was only the beginning, as a string of classic releases followed in the likes of Intec Records, MB Elektronics, Primate, etc. to establish himself in a genre he referred to as “Groovy Techno”! With his very own mark on discography, Axel’s international career took off. Confirming his status as the most sought after Greek Techno DJ of his time, Axel headlines events in some of the best clubs in the world, such as the Rex Club (Paris), Womb (Tokyo), Turnmills (London), tours regularly countries like Belgium, Luxembourg, France, Italy, Japan, Spain, Switzerland, Korea, Croatia, Slovenia, Ukraine, Holland and Malta, to name a few, and has appeared in top festivals like Awakenings (Netherlands) Rabac Festival (Croatia), Apokalypsa (Czech Republic), etc.: he keeps exciting crowds all over the world!

At present, Axel releases his music in top record labels, like Kombination Research, Planet Rhythm, Tronic and others, whereas his tracks have featured in well known compilations and mix CDs, such as Extreme Euphoria (Ministry of Sound), Cream Ibiza, I Love Techno, and many many more. However, his work wouldn’t be complete without his own imprint! In his first venture, he was the co-founder of Omega Audio Recordings, which received rave reviews and support by top DJs world-wide, as well as being a platform for new talents to see the spotlight. In September 2007, Axel decided to channel all his energy into his very own brainchild, Remain Records, which is gradually transforming into a brand encompassing both vinyl (Remain Records) and digital (Remain Records and Remain Limited) releases by Axel, The Advent & Industrialyzer, Marco Bailey, Cristian Varela, Alexander Kowalski, A.Paul as well as newer talent. 

Axel’s strong reputation is based on his consistency towards the genre that established him. Always faithful to techno, Axel Karakasis delivers all-fresh, brand-new sounds that evolve. Having earned strong support by clubbers and his peers worldwide, Axel keeps challenging the clubland with his releases and his full of energy DJ sets.

Prolific dj and producer, label owner and promoter - Dawn Razor, conjures up a deft, future-focused productions that paints a rich landscape of exciting sounds that push the boundaries of modern electronic music in a myriad of new directions and has been killing` the game since 2015.

Confluence, aka Evgeny Chizhkov, a native of the small town of Dobryanka, Perm region in Russia, a techno-pioneer of the local movement, behind him more than 10 years of DJ career, one of the pioneers of local techno raves, has been actively producing his own music for about 7 years, is currently a member of the Perm community and a series of podcasts - Esthetica.
 In the Confluence style, there is an academic Detroit interspersed with classic EBM and German electro early 00s, the influence of the English broken beat school and leftfield house is also traced.

Performing at major festivals and nightclubs the world over, Simina Grigoriu has become a staple act for the likes of Deichbrand, BigCityBeats’ World Club Dome, Untold Festival, Love Parade, and more recently, Ushuaia, Ibiza, to name a few. It is therefore no surprise that the techno chief named her label ‘Kuukou’ (Japanese for airport).

Since its inception in 2016, the authoritative Kuukou Records has gone from strength to strength, with a steady stream of hard-hitting releases from the likes of Hito, Torsten Kanzler, Gallya, Fabio Florido, Dusty Kid, BB Deng, Hollen, Drumcomplex, Alfred Heinrichs, Martin Books, Daniel Boon, Filterheadz, and Lilly Palmer, amongst others. An invaluable platform for both up-and-comers and established talents alike, the imprint was spotlighted in 2021 with the emphatic release of "Techno Monkey Remixed"; a three-part album initiative which brought Simina’s acclaimed original back to international airwaves under the new perspective of her cherry-picked producers.

One of the most dedicated and hard-working characters in the industry, it comes as no surprise that Simina has another cardinal year in store for 2024. Aside from her return to We Are The Brave, the mother of two looks ahead to further releases with her staple home OFF Recordings, as well as a collaboration with Sneaker Pimps’ Kelli Ali and yet more electrifying performances from one of techno’s most dynamic ladies.
