Deltech make their debut on Poker Flat Recordings with Fool’s Paradise, a three-track EP built around groove, space and atmosphere. 

Each piece feels crafted for late hours, detailed and balanced, shaped by the duo’s time spent immersed in the energy of Ibiza’s dancefloors.

The title track Fool’s Paradise opens with a deep, rolling rhythm that slowly unfolds, carried by warm percussion and melodic fragments that build a smooth, hypnotic flow. 

Enerji follows with a looser, more elastic feel,  a fluid bassline and flickering synth textures that hint at euphoria without ever losing control. 

Feel The Beat closes the EP with focus and clarity, its crisp drum work and clipped vocal phrase driving the track’s steady pulse.
“Each track on this EP has its own personality, shaped by a recent trip to Ibiza that left a deep impression on us. We draw most of our inspiration from live events and try to channel those feelings directly into the music,” say Deltech.

Despite boasting but a few records in his brief discography, Toman is quite clearly a man already forcing an impression on fans of discerning house and techno. The Dutch DJ and producer isn’t simply the brains behind the Toman Music label, but has also released music on Mihai Popoviciu’s Cyclic, while also somehow finding time to become a key member of Cinthie’s Beste Modus crew.  Throw in the fact that he’s performed at the likes of Sisyphos and Watergate in Berlin and is also setto throw it down this summer at Amsterdam Open Air, Awakenings and Belgium’sExtrema Outdoor, and we quickly realise it’s not just Cinthie and Popoviciu who are so enamoured by his talents.

Toman’s remix takes the original one step further. Calling on numerous deep textures throughout, his interpretation is a dance floor-­ready cut that’s sure to go down a treat wherever it’s allowed roam free. The highlight of an altogether impressive package, it’s further indication of a producer who’s quite clearly one to watch out for over the next while.

Spaniard Samuel Dan rounds out July with a return to Hector Couto’s Roush Label, dropping three fresh cuts in the form of his ‘Mamba’ EP. Having released his ‘Boodang’ EP on the label back in December 2017, Spanish talent Samuel Dan is certainly no stranger to followers of Roush, whilst further EPs include releases on the likes of VIVa, Materialism, Deeperfect and Suara amongst many. 

Following on from his recent outing on Rawsome Recordings, July will signal the arrival of his ‘Mamba’ EP, unveiling three new productions in the heart of summer. Lead track ‘Mamba’ opens proceedings with authority as swirling synth leads and laser effects meet driving drum loops and infectious, hooky vocal snippets.

The expressive Urulu remix of the titular track on Harrison BDP's most recent release, 'Sweet Dreams', barges into existence. Stomping, insistent and brimming with a menagerie of undertones, it seems to descend into itself with tottering samples and 8-bit-style bleeps that scrawl calligraphy lines of sound upon the original.

This record is like a stained-glass lightshow rippling down upon the thoughts of an easy dreamer, and an utter treat for your speakers.
