Los Angeles based producer TimeKube has been firing on all cylinders of late with his booming and energetic techno sounds. His ‘Freaks’ EP on Dense & Pika’s Kneaded Pains label pulls together a trio of pacey headmelters. 

Having already garnered support from the likes of Amelie Lens and Spartaque via releases for Operandi, Say What? and Raise Recordings, TimeKube cues up three funky and fearless club cuts on his Kneaded Pains debut.

Hailing from the UK, Steve Kelley began al- most 20 years ago as a DJ having played for some of the largest and respected brands in dance music.

With his new release on Sublease Music, he dials back the years to pay respect to the origi-nators.

Back to The Old School is a party jam that harks back to the classic house sound of the 80s and 90s with drum rolls and thick, groove- laded loops and fun crowd noises.

House Music is cut from the same cloth - a driving, no-nonsense beat supports a bubbling, acidic baseline before various blips, bleeps and an old school vocal add the dynamics.

Orika, the most recent EP by the Colombian duo Bimol, is a declaration of versatility that explores sounds and themes permeated by the political, spiritual and cultural daily situation of its members, relying both on their signature sound: raw techno with hypnotic rhythms accompanied by the penetrating and reflective vocals of singer Donna Lace and on the various collaborations with other artists of the Kontra label.

In Orika Bimol, hand in hand with his sonic brothers from Kontra, immerse in a journey through various electronic territories. This track, which gives its name to the album, is built on a groove base accompanied by melodies that fluctuate between techno and classic house. The result is a dance core track, perfect to open a sonic journey.

The DJ and producer from Madrid _asstnt breaks into the underground scene with an industrial, dirty, and melancholic sound. A romantic artist with a demonic soul capable of transmitting sweet sentimentality and the crudest violence.

Born in Madrid in the early 90s, music was instilled in him as a child as one of the most important arguments in his life. It was at the age of 13 when he became interested in her as a form of expression, acquiring his first turntables. He started into it with the hard house, a sound contemporary to this time and with high BPM, which would influence his subsequent sound. Later he became interested in harder sounds, such as hardstyle or hardcore, of which he fell in love with the dirty nature that would later make his sound so characteristic. In 2008 he began his studies, at the same time that he began to produce his music. For several years he dedicated himself to perfecting and improving his music.

In 2017 his first track arrived as _asstnt for the Involve Records compilation "5 Years in Love With Involve". “Chronicle Of A Love Foretold”, published together with the artist Roll Dann, is a melancholy hit that perfectly describes, due to its composition, a soul broken and devastated by heartbreak.

In 2020, _asstnt and Roll Dann decided to start their project together, "Opera 2000", a label whose first release saw the light of day in February 2020. "Back From The Morgue" arrives to shape the idea that the two Artists have "Opera 2000". The duality in the ‘techno’ concept is intended to reach clubbers or ravers to the choicest ears of other artists.
