Rolling out a third volume of remixes of Eats Everything’s ‘8 Cubed’ EP, two choice producers, Truncate and Confidential Recipe, are enlisted to offer up their own takes on the original mixes for the EI8HT label.

A firm favourite amongst the techno community, David Flores AKA Truncate has been responsible for countless groovy techno bangers over the years.  Via his own Truncate label, as well as releases for Ovum, CLR and Illegal Alien LTD, the LA based producer smashes it out of the park with his remix of ‘Sprint’.

Colombian-based artist Confidential Recipe has been on our radar for some time now, with killer rereleases and remixes for Rekids offshoot RSPX, Suara and UNCAGE, and his rave-ready remix of ‘Best’ concludes this third volume of remixes in fine style.

Frankfurt native Michael Klein, aka Michael Koczynski, has been an integral part of the European techno scene for many years. His savvy sounds have been released via the likes of Cocoon, Second State and his BLK DRP since the turn of the century while always bringing heavy beats and intricate sound designs.

He opens up here with the mighty sounds of 'Introsuspect,' which pairs hefty low ends with spooky and sparse atmospheres up top. The bulky, gritty drums march onwards while wispy details and paranoid motifs ring out and keep dancers on their toes. Then comes the equally chunky kicks of 'Sirena' with coarse claps peeling off the groove, synths twisted into the beats and filthy basslines powering the whole thing forward with inescapable energy.

Another offering of high-class club music from the always consistent Rekids offshoot, Michael Klein’s ‘Introsuspect’ is released on 6th October on Rekids Special Projects.

Label boss Mark Broom returns with his "P Flava's EP" continuing the hardgroove sound with two originals and three remixes from the scene's heavy hitters. 

Confidential Recipe has been on a roll recently and he delivers an end of the night remix anthem.  Volster has been making waves with his own label and has been a favourite of Mark's for some time.  He does not disappoint, adding some rawness to his mix.  And finally, we finish with Lighter Thief who provides his trademark tribal groove to round off the EP.
