Ben Campbell describes this release as a very special one. He describes the moment he found out he would be a father as indescribable, but finding out the baby would be a “little princess” as unforgettable. 

It became evident to Ben that he would like to make a dedication for his new born daughter. After recording her heartbeat during a sonogram, he sampled the tones to begin to build a track. Ben cites that her birth time was exactly 3:03, which inspired him to take the song into a more acid driven direction. 

The release is accompanied by two remixes from Ben’s friends, a wonderful 3AM mix by Drumcomplex, and a strong, forward pulling mix by Albird from Berlin. 

Ben adds:  
“I dedicate this song and also the remixes to you my beloved daughter, may it accompany you forever and remind you of me later. With love, your daddy."

Seduction is Saad Ayub's second outing on the Rollerblaster label and this time he has teamed up with Katrii, a Canadian-American musician based in Toronto producing dark and hypnotising techno. Seduction will lure you in with pulsating rhythms from the off and makes subtle switches and turns as the track progresses. @platformrecofficial welcomes back Japanese Steel for another incendiary track! "Kittens Are Hungry" (Platform 32) [PLA041] is a high voltage track loaded with enough watts to light up your whole city's power grid! 

An unexpected fast and furious electro-flavoured tune with Chemical Brothers inspired vibes, synths oscillations and a daft vocal hook "kittens are hungry but I ran out of kibble". On the other side the #Platform "Anthem" remix completes the pack: a fulsome explosion of powerhouse techno with 303 ravings that maintain the energy until the final kick.

Japanese Steel is an eclectic music project based in Italy. Its sound is a melting pot of techno, house, electro and a hint of funky vibes.
After their latest single "Platform 26" (released on Platform rec) that last year reached the Traxsource top 10 #techno, the project comes back on Platform rec with this new track called "Kittens Are Hungry". 
This single will be released next February 12th
