Rainer Gonaus has been firing out slick techno and uncompromising sounds under the Uncertain and Boriqua Tribez monikers since the turn of the millennium, and delivers a powerful three track EP for Dense & Pika’s Kneaded Pains imprint with the ‘Tribe’ EP.

With a track record that extends right back to the end of the 1980’s, and with an extensive catalogue of releases for labels like Kevin Saunderson’s KMS, Ben Sims’ Ingoma, Primate, and UMEK’s Recycled Loops, Uncertain comes up trumps again with this trio of hypnotic and rolling techno cuts.

Bronx is the latest release by Sara Simms and the eighth release on Simmetry Sounds. The track was inspired by the subway trains in the Bronx and features a dark bassline that's contrasted by softer melodies programmed on the TB-03. The track adds an innovative element to techno by incorporating a guitar during the intro and outro. If you listen closely, you'll hear trumpet lines in the mix played by Sara's Dad, Mike Onyschuk. 

Written by Juno-award winning John La Magna and Sara Simms, Bronx is a dark techno track that'll stay in one's memory long after the record ends.

RX Recordings da la bienvenida al titán del techno español: Ramiro Lopez con su cuarto lanzamiento que incluye remixes de Ugur Project y Procombo. Density tiene un golpe de ritmo rápido, impulsado por golpes de percusión y transiciones repentinas, con una energía siempre alta que llega hasta el final del track.

Ugur Project lleva a Density en una dirección más retro, manteniéndose fiel al original, usa una línea de bajo difusa y toques de sierra para lograr un sonido cálido y maravilloso. Polar es una bestia completa de la hora punta, un bucle vocal hipnótico respaldado por una bombo fuerte y una línea de bajo pesada combinada con puñaladas agresivas de sintetizador que crean una vibra MainStage, ¡ Es sin duda una pista para grandes salas y festivales!

Initially inspired by the UK’s underground bass scene, Tokyo born Risa Taniguchi has developed her own techno and electronic sounds that incorporate influences from these UK & European sounds as well as techno’s long and rich musical tapestry.

Having racked up notable releases for the likes of Redrum Music, Second State and Suara, Taniguchi returns to Kneaded Pains after appearances on the label’s KPAINS albums with her own full EP for Dense & Pika’s label.

Purposeful and pounding acid vibes makeup the title track ‘Rockim’, and continue into ‘Enclozed’, as Taniguchi’s psychedelic vocal refrains zip around a minimal techno production.  Chattering hi-hats establish the forward motion of ‘Wobbel’, another blazing cut that wraps up this effortless EP.
