Jansons returns to Circus Recordings with the infectious house anthem "Medicine" feat. Dope Earth Alien. Following his 2019 debut on Circus Recordings with the massive ‘Switch’, Jansons quickly established himself as one of the most exciting UK producers on the scene and continues to demonstrate his ability to deliver dancefloor-focused house music. His latest track "Medicine" is no different.

Accompanying Jansons on ‘Medicine’ are the vocals of familiar collaborator and Toronto-based singer-songwriter, Dope Earth Alien. With her signature sound echoing over the track, she layers fun vocal lines over Jansons bass and percussion-laden production.

Following up one of the standout tracks of 2019, ‘Switch’ dominated the dancefloors of clubs and was a regular feature in the record bags of artists such as Marco Carola and Honey Dijon, as well as receiving a number of spins from Annie Mac and Danny Howard on BBC Radio 1’s Dance Music shows.

Embedding himself amongst a new-wave of underground house artists, Jansons has regularly appeared on Radio 1’s Dance Music shows alongside a number notable releases on labels such as Knee Deep In Sound, FourThirtyTwo and Hot Creations. He’s also performed at venues and festivals such as Fabric, Hideout, BPM and Warehouse Project. With career-defining releases such as ‘Medicine’ on the horizon, 2021 promises to propel Jansons further into the spotlight.

Mha Iri - Good Energy (Original Mix)

One of the most exciting rising stars in the UK techno scene, Mha Iri is set for her first EP release on Filth on Acid with the hypnotic three-tracker 'Bam Bam Bam'. The EP title track, 'Bam Bam Bam' kicks off with an unrelentingly fast pace, while echoing percussions cut from side to side at breakneck speed. Juggling elements of acid techno and electro. The second track 'Have a Nice Trip', flows between elements of woozy euphoria and peak time techno power, with swirling vocals luring you to 'have a nice trip'. Montagne Noire’s La Kajofol has impacted the underground techno scene with her intriguingly unique sonics since 2019. The NŸX Records label boss, known for her enchanting “Mystical Techno” sound predominantly featuring her vocals, continues to garner attention from the masses as she prepares for her most significant release to date -courtesy of renowned Spanish psy-trance queen Indira Paganotto and her ARTCORE label. 

‘Darkly Yours’ encapsulates La Kajofol’s musical identity in its purest form, beginning with ‘The Afterlife’, which builds around celestial vocals with a firm psytrance-influenced agenda of gritty musicality and racy, driving grooves to carve out an energetic peak-time stomper. 

‘Virgin Poison’ rounds off the release with increased weight compared to its predecessor. Harder and darker grooves steer the track as it careers into a bank of raucous harmonics. Blistering bass notes, rippling synth riffs, offbeat siren shots and sketchy fills -the track has everything at pace, resulting in a charmingly different result, destined to turn heads and steal ears on the dancefloor.
