For the number 13 of the RICHMERCH (@richmerch) series, we invited the duo from Guadalajara, Mexico, Los Fugazzi (@los-fugazzi), to bring to the label something fresh for the dancefloor.

Two trax with a mixture of Electro + Disco Punk with New Beat & EBM are the answer to our request. "Unpunctual" is for the peak hours and "Not The One" for the afterhours.

This couple of hits got a refresh with the remixes from Geerra and Facets.

The "Geerra Mix" for "Unpunctual" turns the track more hypnotic with a little twist.

And the "Facets Remix" turns the track more punk and agressive with a delicate hardcore beat.

Once again, RICHMERCH is changing the rules.

PREMIERE - Cornelius Doctor - Zsa Zsa Don't Cry (Duro)

Duro returns with 'Derrumbes Y Escaleras', the first collaboration from Vontier & Mago's upcoming album. The single is inspired by the Indian board game 'Snakes and Ladders' and the hallucinogenic mushroom 'psilocybe caerulescens' popularly known as 'Derrumbe'. This mushroom is one of the most important species in the country and was formerly used in prehispanic religious ceremonies. The trip comes with remixes by Englishman Chez de Milo and US duo Zillas On Acid.

His opener here is 'Derrumbes Y Escaleras'. Instantly you feel the effect of deep bass, ancestral flutes and psychedelic melodies coursing through your system, while the inner voices guide you to the deepest part of your being. Chez de Milo follows with a solid, rumbling percussion base, intoxicated flutes and synths laden you to the next existential plane. 

The nine-minute Zillas On Acid's trip uses the bassline to keep you lucid and present, while the flutes, frenetic arpeggios and percussion create an inner chaos. Inspired by the Mexican rave scene of the 2000s, the 'Saiko Mix' has a catchy bouncy bass, rolling percussion and acid sounds that feel like melted lasers coming out of the speakers. 

Closing the EP is the B-Side 'Zumo Di Batuca', an experimental break cut. As it progresses the vocals and synthetic sounds disintegrate and melt into a solid, cyclical sound mix that keeps you in a trance state.

Bonkers calling their third year as a record label, for the celebration is going to be released a very special six track compilation, for the first time on Vinyl 12”, bringing lots of new astounding artists to the label and also a very different sound to what you might have heard two years back. The music is evolving all the time, so the sound of the label has to evolve too.

Head Label Ludviq and rising artist Technicism brings “Alternate State” a dark and trippy track, with psychedelic nuances, dynamic percussions and a rough bassline. Perfectly made for a vinyl release, bringing a very unique sound to the VA.

The second release of @latidorecords sees another slew of new forces showcase their production flairs in a four track original compilation. Italian nu dance artist and modular aficionado Tulioxi kicks off proceedings with an energetic track prancing on the border of space disco with acid basslines. 

Durand’s 'Estramonio' follows suit, with a 6 minute-long winding synth excursion. Tel Aviv underground scene pioneer Eliezer joins the cast with 'Prime Minister', a sinuous slice of introspective dark disco with ghostly vocals. Rounding up the release is JackWasFaster’s 'Azorín', a playful arrangement with dazzling pads and lots of groove appeal.
