Aetha embarked on her musical journey in Lublin, where she began playing and working as a promoter, largely focusing on the psytrance scene under the pseudonym Jot. Over time, her love for classic, groovy techno sounds led to the creation of a new alias - Aetha. Her actions and playing style under these aliases were noticed by the biggest clubs and festivals in Poland and abroad, where she performed alongside leading figures in the techno and psytrance scenes. In 2019, Aetha was honored with an invitation to @tresorberlin for the New Faces series.
She is a co-founder of projects such as FEED, Vultur, and @mandalabookings. A resident at Club @szpitalna1, she also serves as part of the management team. As the Polish ambassador for Croatia's Modem Festival, she was the first woman from Poland to appear on the line-up of both of its stages. For several years, she has been friends with the Instytut Festival, regularly performing at events organized under the @instytuttechno brand. She also conducts workshops in Krakow as part of their @instytutdzwieku school, mentoring dozens of young DJ enthusiasts.
She has collaborated with brands like Goadupa and Egodrop, ran a secret venue in the undergrounds of Krakow called Kinowa, and handled bookings for STK47. Beyond the borders of Poland, she has performed in Berlin, London, Milan, as well as in Lithuania, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, and Croatia.

La DJ y productora Victoria Mussi es sinónimo del underground paraguayo. Nacida y criada en Asunción, sus contundentes producciones y poderosos sets son un subproducto del carácter y el paisaje cultural de su ciudad natal. Su carrera está impulsada por su pasión por espacios que ayudan a elevar a los que la rodean, y es uno de los miembros más activos de su comunidad. Disfruta de los elementos audiovisuales de la música y colabora con artistas visuales y visionarios para dar vida a sus tracks, construyendo en simultaneo una comunidad que celebra el arte y la expresión en todas sus formas. La Boiler Room de 2016 consolidó su reputación a escala mundial, demostrando la amplitud y la profundidad de su catálogo; una mezcla atmosférica de ambient, techno, house etéreo y dubbed out breaks que mostraron su destreza, su sensibilidad y su criterio discreto. Con lanzamientos en Jujuka, Counterchange y Planet X, su estilo de producción es a la vez introspectivo y energético. Sus composiciones se sitúan entre el house y el techno, abarcando toda la gama de la condición humana. Es co-fundadora del sello Inbetween, creado en 2017 para exponer talento emergente y consolidado en múltiples géneros, como también co-fundadora y directora de Tango, club nocturno co-creado en 2019 con el principal objetivo de compartir el amor por la música y las artes, y celebrar el poder transformador de la cultura rave. Tiene el don de alimentarse de la multitud y devolverle su energía en forma de selecciones compasivas e inteligentes, y ve la música como un ritual de conexión interna y externa, experimentación, transformación y crecimiento.

Today we want to introduce you to the next artist in charge of participating in our series.

DJ and producer Victoria Mussi is synonymous with the Paraguayan underground. Born and raised in Asunción, her hard-hitting productions and powerful sets are a byproduct of the character and cultural landscape of her hometown. Her career is driven by her passion for spaces that help uplift those around her, and she is one of the most active members of her community. She enjoys the audiovisual elements of music and collaborates with visual artists and visionaries to bring her tracks to life, simultaneously building a community that celebrates art and expression in all its forms. The 2016 Boiler Room cemented her reputation on a global scale, demonstrating the breadth and depth of her catalogue; an atmospheric mix of ambient, techno, ethereal house and dubbed out breaks that showcased their skill, sensitivity and discreet judgment. With releases on Jujuka, Counterchange and Planet X, her production style is both introspective and energetic. Her compositions are situated between house and techno, covering the entire range of the human condition. She is co-founder of the Inbetween label, created in 2017 to showcase emerging and established talent in multiple genres, as well as co-founder and director of Tango, a nightclub co-created in 2019 with the main objective of sharing the love of music and the arts, and celebrate the transformative power of rave culture. She has the gift of feeding off the crowd and returning its energy to it in the form of compassionate and intelligent selections, and she sees music as a ritual of internal and external connection, experimentation, transformation and growth.

Biliguudei is a DJ who has carved his name into the Mongolian techno and house underground music scene. With a musical style that envelops listeners like the wind sweeping over the steppe, his sets have the power to cleanse anxiety and unleash an irresistible urge to dance.

His journey as a DJ kicked off in 2009 with the formation of the "Kontrol Crew," a collective born out of his love for electronic music. Since then, he has consistently contributed to both the Mongolian and Chinese electronic dance music scenes, acting as a bridge between these communities and the global stage.

As the co-founder of "The Majesty Mongolia" label, Biliguudei has orchestrated numerous high-profile events that have become milestones in Mongolia's underground music landscape. This visionary label has introduced over 100 internationally renowned DJs and artists to his hometown's music enthusiasts. Notable names include Ken Ishii, Electric Rescue, Weng Weng, YouandMe, Martin Eyerer, Stefan Goldmann, Bloody Mary, Leafar Legov and Konstantin.

Biliguudei's stage presence has led him to share decks with some of the industry's luminaries, such as Ben Klock, Dave Clarke, DJ Volvox, Gui Boratto, Steve Bicknell (LSD), Ken Ishii, Marcell Dettman,, Bloody Mary, Mind against, Pan Pot, YouANDme, Martin Eyerer, Stefan Goldmann, ElectricRescue, I Hate Models, Leafar Legov, Konstantin, Tom Trago, Talismann and San Proper.

Hi everyone, I'm Ramalho and this is the sixty-fourth edition of the Vørtice Pødcast.

Pantano is my guest on this edition. He's a DJ from São Paulo who got a taste for the profession naturally by attending parties in the industry. 

He has played at some of the most important techno clubs in the country and is now a resident at TechnoPride, a collective that has been on the Brazilian scene for many years.

Felipe Pantano became interested in the world of music when he was still young by listening to metal bands. His curiosity for art led him to seek knowledge through research that transited between different genres, and it didn't take long for his interest in techno to emerge.

"When I got to know Techno, I was able to adapt my way of researching to electronic music, it became an addiction"

Pantano quickly started going to parties and getting involved in the São Paulo scene and before he even knew it, he was already playing.

Influenced by names such as Slam, Dax J, Oscar Mulero, DAVE the Drummer and Setaoc Mass, the DJ gained notoriety at night performing at labels such as Techno Route, Hi-Tek-Soul, TechnoPride, Trip, Mind The Gap and We Never Sleep (Fervo).

Pantano doesn't like to label his sound, "I play Techno." "I like groove, hypnotic elements, vocals, Kicks, Synthesizers, instrumental music..." Today, the DJ is a resident at the Technopride, a São Paulo collective that has been fostering the BR scene.
