Overview: 

Music affects us all in a different way. No matter who we are, where we've come from, or what we'll be, music will guide us along that path. It is a language that speaks to the deepest part of us, gives us hope, makes us laugh and makes us cry, all without saying a single word. I began my journey into this world in Middle School. My friends and I decided to become trumpet players. 

That was how it started, but little did I know that I had taken the first steps on my life's journey, guided by fate toward my destiny. I never stopped learning. My high school, Cypress Lake for the Arts was where I evolved. There, I showed my Orchestra teacher some arrangements I had made for marching band and he asked me a question that would change everything: "Have you ever considered composing as a career?" 

That idea would become the seed for my future. That simple question transformed me from a simple trumpet player, to a creator of entire pieces spanning multiple instruments. I attended Stetson University for two years where I learned more about other instruments and played in ensembles and orchestras with my trumpet skills. It was here that I honed my skills and learned to play and compose for other instruments. I am proficient with trumpet, trombone, guitar, piano, bass, percussion and flugelhorn personally, but I have learned to arrange for all instruments and best play to their strengths, but I am always growing. 

I have started this journey, to create music for those who wish to bring their works, and their stories to life, so I can grow as a professional composer. So that I may constantly learn and become stronger and better in everything that I do. I know that I was put on this Earth to create music that any person from any culture or walk of life can enjoy. Knowing this, I want nothing more than to become the best I can be.
