Tropical Echobird is one more alias of a reknowned Kiev-based artist who wants to stay discrete as a person.  Tropical Echobird has a particular affection for a deep house that borrows equally to trance and dub, this project reflects his experiments around deep and afterhours music.

His mix for 716lavie has the same musical colour : it sounds like a trancey odyssey that travels to the Ukrainian forest and landscapes, and finally lands on the coast, near Odessa, for a chill out party on the beach, just around the fire camp :)

The first installment of our brand new sampler series kicks off with 5 tracks of Grade-A Techno and Tech House, showcasing our vision of evolution.
Pe & Band and DJ Mandraks have appeared on 1605 before, and their high-octane Techno sound is unmistakable, as is evident in their opener "The Sound Of The Drums". The legendary Marco Bailey offers his tribute to Kiev with a buzzing monster, complete with haunting synths and manic hi-hats, while Kiko provides a futuristic slice of quirky Tech House featuring his signature, genius programming. Still on the Tech House tip, Fer BR uplifts us with the sample-laden "Feeling So Close", and throws us into a disco from hell. The closer "Yes" from Hellomonkey is a heads-down roller, laced with hip-hop vocal snippets and hypnotic effects over a tough groove.

We have our tents, coolers, sleeping bags, costumes and game faces packed as we gear up for the 3rd annual Dirtybird Campout! Every outing to the Great Outdoors needs a proper soundtrack, and we reached deep into the Dirtybird vaults for a super sized version of this year's Campout Compilation, with 15 tracks from several of the artists you'll see perform in the woods.  

In addition to including many past Dirtybird favorites, we’ve also added two special bonus tracks—the previously unreleased remix of Claude VonStroke's “Barrump” from Billy Kenny that's been a closely guarded weapon and been tearing up dancefloors all Summer, and Claude & Jesse Rose’s “Bare Mountain”, which was originally released on Jesse’s A-Sided label back in 2015.
