The Norwegian band Set One's Cap has recently established itself as a group with a refreshing new sound. With a quality of sound that can only be described as rocking upbeat pop, with touches of 70s-inspired guitar solos, 80s synth and just the right amount of funk, the band shows a great amount of confidence and has already with their first two singles "Like a Stone" and "Wait for the other", confirmed that they are a band you should be paying attention to. 

In their short time together they have secured airtime on Norwegian radio stations, like NRK P3, and concerts at well-known venues like Rockefeller and John Dee. 

With music you fall in love with immediately, it is easy for the audience to get carried away. The band consists of six members who clearly bring their individuality into the group, giving the band a very diverse and exciting sound that stems from both pop, rock, jazz and blues.

In February the band released their third single, "Don’t you wanna know?", The song is produced by Christer-André Cederberg and mastered by Tom Coyne (Taylor Swift, Adele, Justin Bieber, The Weekend). 

- The song is about catching the attention of that special someone who you really want to get that attention from. Therefore, the whole song, all the instrumentals and sounds, not just text, are composed in a way that makes you pay attention, just like a stranger on the street who winks at you and stops you in your tracks, according to the band itself.

The band, which was formed in the fall of 2014 have in other words accomplished a lot in a short amount of time. Concerts, festivals and, last but not least, a music video recording of the single "Like a Stone". Set One's Cap is a band that one can safely say gives a 110% to their music, and there is still many exciting things in store for this dedicated band.

Loreno Mayer is a Croatian music producer and a DJ with releases on Revealed, Enhanced Music, Black Hole Recordings, Interplay, Cr2 Records and many others. His music is supported by the biggest names in the EDM scene like Above & Beyond, Markus Schulz, ARTY, Ferry Corsten, Timmy Trumpet, QUINTINO and Cosmic Gate to name a few. Besides these names Loreno gets a lot of support from well known radio shows, blogs and playlists such as SiriusXM, Tomorrowland, We Rave You, YourEDM and more). His track "GIANTS" reached great success when it was played on festivals all around the world at EDC, Electric Zoo, ASOT 1000 Festival, ADE, Beyond Wonderland and Dreamfields. It was also supported by ARTY who created a mashup of the track and played "GIANTS" in almost every set for a few years in a row! Besides "GIANTS", there is another track which got a lot of attention and that is "Who You Are" which was released on Enhanced Music. "Who You Are" was trending on 1001 tracklist reaching the top 10 on overall tracks with all the support it was getting from DJs such as Markus Schulz, Andrew Rayel, Kryder, Tritonal and others. Currently Loreno is building his name slowly but surely in the EDM scene already working with artists such as OMNIA, Alexander Popov and Vigel. The future is bright for this artist so keep an eye for what is coming next!

Siblings always have a special bond; it’s a kind of sixth sense, something that provides something that nothing else can. For five Norwegian guys in their late teens, born and raised in the buzzing city of Bergen and oscillating around one familial spine, a labour of passion and instinct has formed something very special.

Norway is evocative. Musically, culturally, there is a sense of difference. The Well are without a doubt special. Influenced by everything from Arcade Fire and HAIM to The Beatles and The Rolling Stones, their bond formed early, leading them to start a band in 2006. Fast forward a couple of years and they are playing gigs in London, Bergen and Oslo, opening for the Irish band The Script among others.

The Well are now ready to release their second single «Sierra» on September 4th, a big, electronic pop-tune filling both the biggest arenas and the most intimate of club spaces.
