I repost the music I personally like. I'm not promoting anything other than the music I like. As well as listening to music, which includes activities such as searching for new music, I dance to music. In (personal) fact, a significant amount of the music I like could be categorized as dance music. However, I also experience a mix of positive effects whilst listening to what could be called 'chill-out' or 'ambient' music. Furthermore, occasionally, I will 'dip' into my previous (past) catalogue of favorite music tracks. I was born in 1971, so I have been influenced by the music that was produced in  the 70's, 80's, 90's, etc. Although, now is my favorite time of music (now is all there is)

FYI, for what it's worth to the reader, I'm inclined towards, I'm more attracted to, I prefer music that has more of an emphasis on the rhythms. Whilst lyrics can be used to communicate, as a science enthusiast, I understand that lyrics are often used to spread misinformation (e.g., cultural beliefs that are not aligned with objective reality. The hype that's spread on social media by folk that are selling something)  However, it's all sound, AKA as frequencies or timing, and ultimately that means we can be more, or less, Intune with the rhythms of life, and non-life for that matter.
