If you’re not yet familiar with Flash 89’s work, his sound has graced a couple of casual labels like Abode, 303lovers, Lapsus, NONSTOP, Safe, Sweatrz, Motive & more recently his 'Empire' collab w/ Scruby on Toolroom Trax. He’s also released a collab with the captain of Solotoko, Sonny Fodera himself.

From being championed by heavyweights like Solardo and Danny Howard to crafting official remixes for PNAU, Flash 89’s name is synonymous with quality. Add to that appearances at top festivals like FOMO and Mouvement, hosting the Music Maker Podcast, and curating a “Flash 89 Extras” Soundcloud account loaded with bootlegs, edits, and mashups - this guy is unstoppable. Simply put, he’s an elite bloke with a vibe that’s impossible to ignore.

His latest single ‘Soul Queen’ is 100% pure groove, Flash 89 playfully intertwines his drums and bassline like a baker kneads dough. Chords that call your heart in to feel, suspense in the strings that layer the vocal in this angelic moment before finally giving us the raw bassline on its own. A name ascending from the Netherlands’ thriving house scene, Easttown makes his debut on Jamie Jones’ Hot Creations
with his ‘Rocking To The Rhythm’ EP—a four-tracker that channels the energy and bounce the label is known for. Title track
‘Rocking To The Rhythm’ sets the pace with tight drums, grooving bass, and a clear-cut sense of movement. That energy
