This gorgeous and haunting piece of minimal, melodic techno from Matt Dwellers first appeared on Techgnosis Vol. III earlier this year, while the initial plans for this remix-focused single/EP go back to mid-2016.  

Label artists Crennwick and Ken Zo put their own progressive tech-focused spin on the track, while newcomer Doppel and special guest Mila Dietrich dive into more deep and tech house territory.

Friday Lights Music is kicking into the summer of 2018 with Matt Dwellers magical release ’ANKARAZ’. ’’Ankaraz is an imaginary place in my mind that I enjoy to get lost in’’ as Matt explains it himself. 
For us, this release is a statement of Matt’s sound, fantasy, and abilities. 
The Original mix takes us to Matt’s world. It is melodic, minimalistic, groovy and on point. 
Every time we’re playing the original, it never leaves the floor uninterested. We can clearly hear Matt’s insane abilities to create a magic trip with his typical ’Less is More’’ approach.
Remixes are really epic on this one - each one is so different but at the same time, all are very loyal to the original. 
Ankaraz (Stoertebecker Remix) is giving us the energy and the power version. Sinan’s progressive-aggressive approach is exactly the game here and we cannot see how it will not blow any trippin’ dance floor. 
Ankaraz (Prosdo Remix) is killing it by the end of the EP. Prosdo’s remix is pure techno and how well it suits the original! Kristian takes the main lead and rides it all the way with heavy techno basses, kicks, and percussions. Peak hours are the game here!

Casis - Sprawl [Melodik Free]

Kellerkind unleashes sprightly melodies that liven up the floor in his Playground EP, consisting of an assortment of filler-free grooves.

Those Nights is outlined in bold sound strokes - radiating synths and catchy, twilight-drenched vocals lead to a near-apocalyptic breakdown. A straightforward, punchy slice, its arguably the danciest cut on the release, with the other three following closely. Meanwhile, Playground is centred around a tribal-infused melody accented by wind instrument loops with a predominantly eerie aesthetic.

A stripped-back cut with playful ethnic vocals, Lelelales charm lies in its minimalist backdrop that puts the emphasis on the vocals and exotic instrumental bits.

The Smooth Operator exhibits a subtler atmosphere, melding equal parts groove and feeling into a heady sound while remaining in the same auditory realm as the rest of the EP.
