Hats and Klaps is a Due DJ and Production collaboration by Amin & Hamza. 
as Back in 2005, both used to work individually pursuing the love for techno and electronic music. until a chance meeting back in 2010 that lead to Hats & Klaps.''

They debut on Spanish record label Univack Records with a brilliant three tracks EP coming out on 24th July.

It´s time for the Hats & Klaps debut in Univack Records, an Italian duo of producers wich released music in respected labels such as in Jeahmon!, Voltaire or Inside Out. A summer oriented EP, with Melodic Tech-House vibes carefully selected to hit tboth club and festival.

3 tracks, with 3 different flavours but same spirit: dancefloor. "Upsidown" kicks off the package with a catchy melody and fresh vibes, "Role Model" is probably the more progressive cut in the EP and the last one, "Fog Garden" closes the release with a nice epic "2 minutes breakdown" piece.

Durch seinen Freundeskreis hatte @franandco schon in seiner frühen Jugend viele Kontakte zu orientalischer, insbesondere persischer Popmusik. „Außergewöhnliche Klänge mochte ich schon immer“, gesteht der Musiker. Nun hat er einen neuen Track produziert: „Shah Parvaz“. In den ersten Teilen der Nummer hört man ein Kanun und gegen Ende die orientalische Flöte Nay. (...) Das Stück „Shah Parvaz“ kommt mit einer gediegenen Bassline daher. Kurz nach einem intensiven Break folgen die hypnotischen Vocals. Eine fesselnde Synth-Sequenz begleitet den Track und orientalische Flötensounds runden das ganze ab. (...)

Thales Boutroumlis represents the fresh new guard of tech house. The teenager from Cologne follows up his debut of last year on EIN2 with a two tracker for the venerable Poker Flat Recordings. For one so young, Boutroumlis shows a great deal of maturity in his productions. 

Title track 'Perpetual' is an elegant and slinky tech house burner - a shuffling groove is matched with sly and crafty synth work, while the arrangement shows a strong sense of dance floor dynamics. 

'Aether', produced alongside Tantum, heads in a deeper and darker direction - bringing out an edge and attitude that will go over big with the dancers. A bubbling acid bassline drives the drama, while pads give the track a sense of space, before dropping once more into the killer groove.
