Editado por el inquieto sello Eastereggplant, este single marca un nuevo territorio sónico para el productor, mejor conocido por sus composiciones experimentales y su habilidad para difuminar géneros.

En su versión original, Lost In Rhythm despliega una narrativa sónica cálida y cinética, sostenida por pads en expansión y un bajo que serpentea con elegancia club-friendly. El remix, titulado From Ibiza to New York Mix, acelera el pulso con una textura más brillante, orientada a festivales y cargada de una energía melódica descaradamente emocional.

Este lanzamiento no es simplemente música para la pista: es una cápsula de tiempo embotellada en BPMs. El productor Bart Bellens, encargado de la composición, producción y mezcla, ha logrado cristalizar ese momento mágico donde la mente se disuelve en el compás. "Esto no es solo un anthem de club. Es un estado de ánimo, un recuerdo, un instante suspendido en el tiempo", declara el comunicado oficial.

Where did it all begin? First came the 'big bang', followed by a wondrous process of evolution, the so-called 'survival of the fittest'.

Having emerged and now being well established in his country of origin Greece, Thodoris Triantafillou follows a string of stellar releases on Connaisseur, Objektivity, Upon You and his powerful first outing ‘Avrio’ on Chapter 24, with the beautifully crafted ‘Species’ EP.

Fusing inspiration from the animal and astral realms with a potent combination of styles and influences, Triantafillou’s technical excellence and natural flair for selection shine through here.

Lead track ‘Hornbill’ is a classic banger brimming with straight up, driving energy. Melding the sounds of afro, techno and cosmic electro, it’s a workout for body and mind.

Meanwhile ‘Elephants’ packs a hefty punch, offering plenty of tension and a full percussive workout. Close on its tail and rounding things off, ‘Capybara’ is an uplifting and synth-led affair with plenty of production prowess.

After a year in the studio, Precursor comes back with his new solo EP titled "Antagonist" on the greek imprint Us & Them Records. This is the beginning of a new series of tracks and releases for Precursor and we are happy to premiere the second track of the EP called "Verge". The track is introduced with an ominous bass line that is played throughout the track. This instantly sets the mood and draws you to listen further. Quickly more and more ambient and distant synths fill the track and the drums expand. Then suddenly the main sequence of the track comes forward and the real form of the track is reveiled. Throughout the track the drums keep evolving until about halway the track breaks open and pads, synths and even violins come together in an epic climax, before dropping back into the mesmerizing modular sequence...

Release Info: 
For its second release of 2018, microcastle welcomes the mysterious Cornucopia project back to the label for a new EP. The publicity shy artist first appeared in May of 2016 when 'The Day You Got Older And Stronger' was released courtesy of Gorje Hewek & Izhevski's Shanti Moscow Radio. Shortly thereafter came his microcastle debut with 'Pursuit of the Orange Butterfly'. A lo-fi, organic and deeply musical creation that the underground fell in love with. 

2017 was met with just one release, 'Letter For Poly' which launched Lee Burridge's new Tale & Tone imprint. Sitting at #1 in Beatport's overall Top 100 the track was also aired on BBC Radio 1 by Kolsch and by year's end was considered one of 2017's best deep house tracks. Now returning to the comfortable home of microcastle, Cornucopia presents his much anticipated 'Forever Gone' artist showcase.

Spread across three tracks, ‘Forever Gone’ is a transcendent blend of music and nature, an organic methodology which Cornucopia seems so apt at crafting. Beginning with the evolving textures, exotic drums and tonal creativities of the title cut, the EP then shifts energy to the modular intensity and oriental themes of ‘Big Sky’, before ultimately melting down to the tranquil, meditative yet spiritually uplifting expedition that is ‘Epathia’. 

For those who believe that music can affect people on a deeper, universal, emotional level, this is music to treasure. This is music to hold close to your heart.
