Omar Andres Rodriguez Benitez, más conocido como Dj-OmarRodriguez, nació el 8 de Mayo de 1991 en la ciudad de Monteria, Colombia. Es Dj-Productor de música del género Tribal-House.

A los 16 años de edad, dió sus primeros pasos trabajando como DJ para un club de su ciudad natal, donde en dicho tiempo logró desarrollar su estilo musical. Así al siguiente año comienza a producir su propia música, dando paso a incorporarse en diferentes discos del circuito hasta cumplir los 22 años, edad en la cual logró impulsar su carrera como Dj internacional.

Decide entonces viajar a Chile, donde se desarrolla presentándose en distintas marcas, tales como: “Hotspot”, “Barcelona”, “Club Divino”, “BlaxxBox”, "Selva Festival”, “Fausto Discotheque”, “Candyland Party”, entre otras, sumando además residencias en fiestas, como “Athenas Party”, nueva productora tribal en Santiago de Chile mostrando su talento y experiencia necesaria, logrando así dar paso a tener la oportunidad de ir de gira a Brasil, país idóneo y referente de su estilo musical, tocando en varios clubs como “Cantho”; para la fiesta “Joy´s” y culminando en “Florida club” en Río de Janeiro y “The club" sao Vicente” en litoral.

Luego de la gira en Brasil, retornando a Chile, decide ser parte fundamental del crecimiento tribal Chileno y desarrollando distintos ritmos musicales, aportando al circuito de diversos rincones llegando a colaborar con distintos Dj’s del ambiente nacional e internacional.

En 2019 decide formar parte de un proyecto, dando vida a “Off Party Chile” y “Gostoso”, marcas que destacaron en la escena tribal del año, donde se desempeñaba como socio y Dj de dichas fiestas.

Actualmente sigue radicado en Chile, tocando en varias fiestas del país, como lo son: “Voyage” fiesta pool-party realizada en la ciudad de Talca - Chile, “Brunch” fiesta pool-party realizada en la ciudad de Santiago de Chile y “Overdose” entre otras del circuito actual chileno.
