Teppei Sano, or EYTREG (8-reg), as he is better known by in the music world, is a Japanese beat maker, born and raised in Niigata, Japan. He currently resides in Toyko, and has actively been releasing music since 2015, including a 28-track retrospective compilation with Inner Ocean Records, and as part of Fuzzy Scope’s “Earwax Shelf Life” project. EYTREG’s music is an extraction of jazz, soul, RnB, and trap music, with inspiration and cues from legendary hip-hop predecessors. His unique method of restructuring these genres and sounds results in the innovative creation of something that is his very own. 

EYTREG’s latest full-length record, One’s Hidden Agony, is set for release on February 16th, 2018, via URBNET. The album features 20 tracks and is available for pre-order through the URBNET shop, in digital format and as a limited-edition cassette.

Following last year’s well received ‘The Smoke Clears’, John Daly returns to the All City under another alias - West 2 West which was debuted on Jheri Tracks Vol 1. Equally as atmospheric as the ethereal Smoke Clears, this project is the result of his ongoing hip hop obsession. MPC workouts inspired by current listening, the result isn't quite hip hop, but sits nicely in the all city beat discography. There's an after-hours headphone feel to the set - spanning twenty-four tracks split evenly over two 12 inches - Volume 1 and Volume 2.

Next up on Donato Dozzy and Neel’s Spazio Disponibile label is close friend and Italian producer Marco Shuttle. The Eerie label-boss is a regular on the label having put out his Systhema album here last year, as well as his Flauto Synthetico EP in 2016. His always meticulously crafted sound is rooted in dark, cavernous techno. He finds plenty of new ground in each new release, though, with some tracks being haunting ambient works and others more propulsive rhythms. This new EP features just that across four typically inventive and absorbing tracks that are as much for your head as they are for your heel.
