An illustrious collection of remixes from key players from the last twenty year of techno history such as Mark Broom, Steve Rachmad, Cari Lekebusch, Marco Bailey and Markantonio, as well as the leading lights of today like Alan Fitzpatrick, Uto Karem, Sasha Carassi, Mark Reeve, Industrialyzer, Roberto Capuano, Jason Fernandes and Hugo Paixao; perfectly illustrating the cross generational appeal of an innovator and pioneer such as The Advent.

The very talented producers Boris and Paul Strive team up and land on Phobiq delivering the goods. Words starts off with haunting bassline loops, and smooth drums. As the bass lowers slightly, the beautifull percussions are taking control and make this one an excellent production. Label owner Sasha Carassi takes control with his remix. This remix is a bit more aggressive from the original with a devastating bassline on the foreground showcasing Sashas powerful style. Simply stunning release which must not be missed from your dj bags.

Suara is having an unbelievable year and we are ready to finish this 2015 with an amazing last release. This time we have one of the most relevant artist in the techno scene, the canadian Carlo Lio, who brings raw beats, techno sequences and dark samplings in two original tracks, &#8216;Technicolour Boogie&#8217; and &#8216;Welcome To The Flipside&#8217;. For the remix duties, we are proud to have on board two Suara&#8217;s headquarters favourite artists. The 2015&#8217;s queen of techno, Nicole Moudaber, delivers a powerful re-mode of Welcome Of The Flipside and Chus &amp; Ceballos remixing &#8216;Technicolour Boogie&#8217; with their unique driving beats, and characteristic clubby groove. With previous releases ‘Ambush’ and ‘Scold’ doing the damage for 8 Sided Dice, we are pleased to welcome back the Dutch duo, On/Off, who have been busy since we last featured them with releases on GEM and Phobiq and a remix for Tom Hades.

Revolt, as the name suggests, comes out fighting. Big, bold and brash from the off, the resounding beat manages to thump as well as swing to create a primal groove interspersed with twitching, rubbery stabs that that add a building tension throughout.

 

Saveass continues the intense feel of the EP with its forceful jackhammer groove comprising multi-layered beats, arranged neatly in amongst an distinctive two-note hook that transforms throughout the track as it is distorted and effected out of shape.
