The Warsaw-born, Berlin-based artist has honed her craft from Europe to India and beyond, both as a DJ and as founder and curator of SFORA, an intimate festival in the Polish wilderness which takes place in June. Melting moody electro with groovy techno, breakbeat with 4x4 rhythms or smashing a techno set spiced up with acid, breaks, bass, punk, 2 step, and D’n’B, the unexpected is what you can expect and her sets always have a unique touch and fresh dance floor energy. We hosted her debut at Tresor earlier this year and today we're thrilled to host this eclectic mix in our podcast series.

This conceptual and unique selection delves into the intricacies of the “Life Cycle” not just through its thematic composition but also via an avant-garde approach to soundscapes.
This captivating experience is a journey incorporating Klimaszewski's original compositions alongside hidden gems from the annals of electronic music history such as The Future Sound Of London, Jeff Mills, The Orb, Aphex Twin and also artists such as Aïsha Devi, Stanislav Tolkachev and ORBE who are inspiringly important to the author.

Spanning from 1992 to 2024, this collection offers a forward-looking perspective on Ambient, Leftfield electronics, IDM and Experimental music with the added intrigue of unreleased tracks.

“Life Cycle” explores the interconnectedness of existence, where the titles of each track straddle the line between science fiction and the human condition. The sound atmosphere is a reflection of life's unending wheel, with the music evoking emotions and thoughts that encapsulate the various stages of existence.

The boundaries between past, present, and future dissolve, providing a sonic experience that engages the mind and emotions. This is not just a musical journey; it's a thought-provoking exploration of the human experience and the mysteries of existence.

Klimaszewski aka 997 (Wiktor Klimaszewski) - Live performer, DJ, multidisciplinary visual artist and dancer based in Warsaw, Poland.
Head of @rytmy.movement 

His background in dance and experimental movement inspired him to make hypnotic and dynamic tribal rhythms combined with his M.A. education in design gives him variety in the creation of mesmerizing soundscapes. 
As a Multidisciplinary artist, Klimaszewski combines his 15 years of experience in street dance, and 10 years of intensive journey in visual arts such as abstract painting, the art of murals and VJing with an education, Master's degree in Graphic design.
His palette of a variety of skills and experience gave him an opportunity to cowork with respected directors, choreographers, architects, producers and labels. Collaborations: Jeff Mills, Orbe, Lag, Dj Slugo, Tucca Premiere, Bruit music, Up To Date Festival, Górna Półka, Isgang, Movement Direction, Mance Studios.

An author of more than 4 hundreds of drawings and paintings. He's pened for exhibitions and art residences.

How I met Techno
It was the 2013, during the Up To Date Festival. I went to a concert by Das Efx, as a breakdancer (now 12 years of experience) and a big fan of classic hip-hop. After a gig, I checked another stage behind. 
Zigzag floor, fog, darkness with sudden strobes and a crowd with attention directed to a bald man in red light, who was playing with vinyl records. This guy was Mike Parker. 
After a few hours, I wanted to save that feeling of connecting with other people dancing in such an individual movement. My dad called me, saying that he was waiting to pick me up home, so I ran into a shop with wax and said give me some acid. 
Came home with my two first records (techno and house) and love in the heart of techno culture.
