Proudly calling himself "the only Black man of the Rif," he challenges stereotypes in a region known for its European-like appearances, bringing a fresh perspective to Moroccan identity.
Rif Kif started his journey in the underground music scene, blending dub, reggae, dubstep, and downtempo into a hypnotic soundscape that reflects his roots and his vision of peace. In the 2010s, he was part of the multinational collective MasterOp Federation, where he honed his craft before embarking on a solo career. Over the years, he has traveled the world, carrying the sounds of the Rif, his dub-infused beats, and his message of unity and self-expression to audiences everywhere.
