Elijah Baley & R.D. Olivaw joined forces on a brand new release: AUTOMATA EP.

Modern music production is really all about combining the ability to create catchy melodies with a focus on interesting sound design, something that would seamlessly grab a listener’s attention and lead to a more engaging listening experience. Elijah Baley & R.D. Olivaw recently joined forces, and they managed to accomplish exactly that on their most recent studio EP, AUTOMATA.

The EP features two studio tracks, “Caves of Steel” and “Naked Sun.” These exciting original mixes showcase a diverse approach to music production, as Elijah Baley & R.D. Olivaw managed to display their ability to create great modern progressive house vibes. Each song has something special to offer, and although there are only two tracks on this EP, the listening experience is incredibly immersive, akin to a musical journey through sounds and distant places. The textural quality of the haunting background sounds and melodic layers is perfectly integrated with the main flow of the backbone of the rhythm sections, allowing the songs to have a very dynamic sound that feels incredibly nuanced and richly arranged.
