"Sunday"...I was born and raised conservative christian. Church was huge. 6 days a week I was in the church, reading the Bible and being the best christian I could be! Missing church is like dropping the 4rth quarter touchdown pass in a football game to win the championship title. You just don't do it. As I get older I often spend Saturday performing 8/10hour shows. I'm up late with my dancers or friends and miss church entirely. This song is about those Sunday's.

I felt small and stupid. I felt worthless for years, but now the pain makes me stronger. I wrote this for all of you. For all of us. Any/everyone dealing with abuse in any way.
