Hailing from Lausanne, Switzerland, Herr Johann is a forerunner in the so-called "Future bass" movement. He still manages to stay true to his own forward thinking, somewhat enigmatic production. He has been in and around the big leagues remixing some artists like 123Mrk & iO Sounds released by Montreal based-label Infinite Machine and one track included in the 2nd anniversary compilation for this one.

What Are my Eyes 4 EP is chopped up to its own rhythm, incorporating engrossing vocal samples and sauntering misty synths. These four tracks are awash with choppy vocals, sparkling glitchy synthwork and meaty baselines.

Also carry on with 3 heavyweight remixing some artists like the enigmatic russian producer Ghostek, the recent add of finesse roster Naked Geometry Music & Red Bro (Remezcla's premiere).
