This cut goes back a few years to when the original label (Winding Road) ran a remix competition.
I made it to the final 3 but then the label/comp went quiet.

I gave away my version for free then but it left a lot to be desired production wise, that was 3 years ago. 
I’ve now reworked this from ground up, added some new sounds and general beef and am giving it away free again – all in the festive spirit of season.
I hope you enjoy this as much as I still do.

London based DJ/producer Matt Prehn joins musical forces with vocalist Dené Theron for their standout single on Nite Grooves titled "Smooth Persuasion." Kicking things off is the original mix of "Smooth Persuasion," a fluid deep house vocal cut perfect for dance floor domination. Italian DJ/producer Criss Korey slides in next with his high energy, jackin house remix of the original. The Polish DJ/production duo of Tidy Daps (DJ Doctor and DJ Haze) completes the release with their bass driven deep house remix of "Smooth Persuasion."

Capetonian DJ and Producer Matt Prehn's musical journey started in the mid-90s when vinyl ruled the Rave and social media didn't exist. Inspired by the sounds emanating from SA's underground clubs and after-hour parties Matt began producing his own music and later founded Oh So Coy and Rogue Decibels, the labels amassing over 200 digital and 10 vinyl releases to date. 

He's been recognized as one of the "Traxsource Top 100 Deep House Artists" and has released music on acclaimed labels such as Large Music, i! Records, King Street and Tango. With a career spanning 20+ years Matt has performed locally at Truth, Era, We House Sundays, Mzolis and gigged internationally in England, France, Switzerland, Poland, Czech Republic and Amsterdam.
