The genesis of Sirius began when The Alan Parsons Project wanted the first song on the album to be "Eye in the Sky", but felt there needed to be an introduction leading up to it.

As he was working on ideas at home on his Fairlight CMI, he wrote a riff that he liked, which ultimately became "Sirius". This riff was played using a clavinet sample with added tape delay...

This track is one of the Neurotiker favourites and he thus pays homage to this group in his own way, with that rework, bringing a powerful side to the original.

The transcendental remix resonates perpetually in our minds, transforming our emotions into deeply melancholy feelings : Neurotiker is back on Mélopée Records and we love that !

When F.R. David forgot his guitar when he went to Daniel Darras studio, he had no idea that the title they were going to produce together would become the interpanetary hit "Words".
The main melody, suddenly created by synthesizer and not with his guitar, remains indefinitely in our minds, even today.

The great French producer Valerj, co-founder of From Disco To Disko, after producing several incredible edits and releasing the beautiful EP "The Others" in 2022 on his own imprint, deliver to the owl a perfect edit of that banger.

He perfectly loops the track up to the sensitive break. A perfect summer hit / edit !
