I wrote this song after meeting a wild horse out in Montana. It's about being human and all the stuff we deal with.

You're just an echo

well a few times a week, i find myself takin a trip
to a corner store just a little ways down the strip
be it for pen and paper or smokes and booze
they're not much on selection, but they got what i use
whether i need it or not, sometimes i just take that trip

i see the same pretty thing, and man my eyes get caught

I don't know why I spent so much time on this but here it is, a cover song for the year 2020 and probably this year, too. This properly expresses the mood of trying to pretend everything is okay when we all just want to break shit.  Again, i'm over thinking this.
