Born and raised in Coatesville, Pa,  Scatto grew up in the Oak Street Projects the only projects in Coatesville. Scatto got to know the streets all to well before most kids did. Still with his love for music in elementary school at the age of 10, he could play the saxophone very well. By the time he made it to junior high Jon Doa was hanging with kids much older then him. They introduced him to the streets and with-in a few years he was drinking and smoking as most kids were in high school but never seemed to have a major addiction. When the battle rap dvds started becoming more popular around 2002-2003 he quickly took interest in underground hiphop movement. Never into writing or making songs he would only seem to jump in and out of a few cyphers with his hometown friends and found out he was pretty good at it for a person who never wrote a rhyme. It wasn’t until December, 2011 when Jon Doa decided that his life long dream to become a musician really meant he’d need to put his lyrical ability to the test. He then began writing and found out that he was very talented when he put the words to the paper, as you will soon find out after you listen to just one of his tracks. With much more to offer then anticipated Jon Doa, an artist that needs to be looked out for. Simply said he is an unsolvable problem, an unthinkable equation, and a code that has yet to be cracked.
