Breathing electronic music for decades...

With techno being always my base I also explore other styles. 
Music is as diverse and vibrant as life itself, a constant changing process.
Therefore depending on a certain phase in my life I play underground house, techhouse, electro, breaks or a mixture of styles. But I can only breathe in the dark...
In over 20 years of playing records I must conclude that I always return to my base, to my heart.... techno.
With a large collection of the older stuff I used to hang on to a bit,  I am truely amazed about the productions from the younger upcoming talents in the scene. A scene which was dominated for a long time by the big names. But times are changing.
With the 'new' techno I don't talk about the high bpm stuff or the hardtechno... I am too old for that shit... I talk about pure quality techno made by now a day producers!! I give you my sincere respect for your purity and understandment of what techno has to sound like.
Therefore I daily struggle to find these tracks that represent pure techno in it's raw form but with a 21st century touch!! And when I search, find and play I see myself in a constant state of techno awareness!! Pure enlightenment..
To share this state of mind I post a mix every now and then. Always spontaneous, never prepared... so sometimes the mix isn't 100% flawless... and you know what? I don't give a shit!
Techno (and all underground music) is under the influence of how life develops. Not specific for me as an individual but as humanity in its total. When you understand that... you truely understand techno and then it will never leave you or dissapoint you.  It can even  be a lifesafer! Sounds like spiritual BS to you?? For  someone who knows from personal experience I tell you.. open your mind, open your heart... let it in. Techno is life!!

Ich sags mal einfach so raus: Freut mich außerordentlich das es Euch freut wenn es uns freut das es Euch freut usw... Echt faire Unternehmung das Soundcloud :)) Da lacht das Musik-interessierte Herz :) HINWEIS FÜR DIE NETTEN MENSCHEN/DJs/PRODUCER etc.: In Gottes Namen benennt Eure freigestellten Tracks bzw. Sets doch auch bitte mit Namen wie DJsoundsoundso-After Party irgendwann im nirgendwo usw...!!!! Da Ihr ja alle werben wollt mit Euren Stücken wäre es echt angebracht daran zu denken das Ihr diese Geschenke auch ordentlich tituliert, ist mein Gedanke bei vielen downloadablen Stücken und dann kann ich, wenn mal auf der Platte gespeichert, leider oft nicht mehr sagen wer welch geilen Mix von Euch Meistern/innen all over the world gestiftet hat und teilweise wäre es aber angebracht, als Sammler aller edlen Sessions like yours are for example, auch sogleich möglichst noch viel mehr an Stücken von dem/derjenigen runtersaugen zu können was aber bei null Info (oft nicht einmal der DJ-Name!!)echt schwer möglich ist... lol Da fängt Werbung erst an... oder hört sogleich wieder auf... ;))  Und nachschauen nachträglich wird sich nie wer für eine Benennung eines Sets antun das der Namensträger nicht der Mühe wert fand zu signieren, auch klar. Na dann... ;)) Und mit der Bitte im Voraus auch weiterhin so verdammt dufte Muke zu produzieren/aufzulegen und dann zumindest teilweise frei zu geben! Ich höre mir nämlich mit Sicherheit jedes meiner 100 - 200.000 Sets zumindest einmal an und ehre jede gute DJ-Arbeit mit Freude am Hören und Mundpropaganda im engsten Freundeskreis bzw. wird fleissig mit meinen followern auf SC gechanged... Somit schließt sich der einzigartig gut dastehende Kreis der Soundcloud-User und jeder hat seine Freude dabei liebe Freunde der volkstümlichen Techno-Folklore und ähnlichem "Soundcloudsheaven"! So long! Rock on! Just use your brain (just try at least ;)!) and dont go scary or insane! RESPECT TO ALL DJs who make me often much happier than without the sets!! THX A LOT YOU DJ-FRIENDS ALL OVER THE WORLD! May the ryhthm be always with you ;) ... bless the rhythm and hope together people, that we let always the rhythm move us forward to enjoy also hot music on rockin partys with cool dancin people and funfunfun!... He is recognised for his intense DJ performances and his relentless stream of studio productions for some of the best labels in the world. Operating under his own name as well as aliases like Loudon Kleer and Beat Therapy, A.Paul has spent over 30 years dedicated to electronic music, earning a reputation as one of the most versatile and prolific artists in the scene.

His distinctive sound and technique have propelled him to a remarkable career, first gaining recognition in Portugal, where he was repeatedly voted the best Portuguese techno DJ, and later on an international scale. 

A.Paul has performed at some of the most prestigious mega-eventsaround the world, including Awakenings (Netherlands), Apokalypsa (CzechRepublic), Evolve (Canada), Nature One (Germany), Rock in Rio (Portugal),Syndicate (Germany), Ruhr-in-Love (Germany), Tecnolandia (Portugal),Aquasella (Spain), Liberty White (Belgium), and Decibel (Netherlands). He has also graced the decks at iconic clubs such as Tresor, U60311, Lehmann, and Butan (Germany); Fabrik, Moog, Makumba, Ind Copera, Row14 (Spain); Perron, Panama, Poema (Netherlands); Rex and Inox (France);and Locomia, Rocks, Kremlin, Gare, Pacha (Portugal), among many others.

A.Paul’s first record was released in 1995, followed by the creation of two of his most acclaimed projects of the 1990s: Squeeze Records and Onh.Cet Records, which were the primary outlets for his music during that decade. 

In 2005, he launched Naked Lunch, a bold new label that has since featured some of the best techno artists in the world and received incredible feedback from DJs and fans alike. In 2012, he relaunched Onh.Cet, alongside other projects such as Parallel 125, Dirty Ego, The Light, and Xtractz. He also co-founded MPC, a vinyl distribution company, with Michaelangelo (Labrynth Recs) and Cisco Ferreira (The Advent).
 
A.Paul has released over 100 vinyl records and many digital releases on labels like Kombination Research, Synewave, Planet Rhythm, Suara,bItalo Business, Pure Sonik, Theory, Mastertraxx, Beat Disaster, Yin Yang, and Impact Mechanics. He has also remixed tracks for renowned artists such as The Advent, Ben Sims, Eric Sneo, Angel Alanis, Orlando Voorn, Damon Wild, DJ T-1000, Virgil Enzinger, Robert Armani, Dave The Drummer, DJPreach, Mike Humphries, Spiros Kaloumenos, Torsten Kanzler, Bas Mooy, Housemaster Boyz, and many more.
