Fedra lanza su EP debut "Arenga y revoleo", el primer release de Vista Recordings del 2023.

"Arenga y Revoleo" coquetea con el sonido contemporáneo del club latino, aportando su propia sensibilidad al movimiento del sur global. Es una proclama que crece a fuego lento, un llamado al baile, a la comunión y al desacato.

Arenga abre el EP debut de Fedra con una confluencia de voces y melodíaspegajosas que descansan sobre patrones rítmicos con una clara influencia del reggaeton y el dancehall. Los elementos percusivos, especialmente los timbales, convocan progresivamente al oyente a conectar con la energía del movimiento, la acción y la comunión. Arenga nos invita a habitar un paisaje sonoro de formas y bordes casi tangibles.

Fedra es una artista multidisciplinar, DJ y productora de Buenos Aires con base en Brooklyn, Nueva York. Es uno de los miembros fundadores de Internacional Bailable, un colectivo de música electrónica y artes audiovisuales de Argentina. Sus sets combinan un amplio espectro de ritmos y sonidos que honran su herencia multicultural, mezclando percusiones latinoamericanas con bass y breaks. La intención de sus producciones y DJ sets es difuminar las barreras entre géneros, abrir el espacio a la diversidad y estimular el movimiento y la sensibilidad para crear comunidad y empatía en la pista de baile. 

Demuestra un talento excepcional para crear expresivos ritmos de batería y una gran capacidad para crear paisajes sonoros detallados y cautivadores.

Our second Áspora Session is here, featuring two faces from the Áspora crew: índigo (@iindigo505) and BNYI (@bnyiii).

These two's pure connection bring complicity and driving energy to their work. The Nicaraguan-Venezuelan duo knows how to light up a dance floor and for the first time, they're bringing their fire together online with this special set.

Recorded on February 24 2024, this DJ set took place at W1 in Leipzig during the “Stronger Together” event, organized by the leipzig-based Kiebitz (@kiebitzcrew) Collective. The event included panel discussions on the ongoing situation in Gaza and Germany, featuring groups like Palestine Speaks (Palästina Spricht), Handala Leipzig, JID Leipzig, Occupied News, and Jewish Voice (Jüdische Stimme), moderated by SoliCrew.

It was an emotional night where dancing became a form of resistance. índigo and BNYI captured the uncertainty and tension of the moment, blending their signature high-energy style made of heavily percussive, high-paced, and bouncy passages with bassy breaks. Emotions peaked towards the end when they dropped NXODXXP’s (@deep-code-966906076) remix of Dami Falastini, released on March 20, 2024, by Berlin-based label GLANZ + ELEND (@glanzundelend), as part of a fundraiser supporting children’s relief in Gaza. This track brought a final turn into trancey dembow beats, wrapping up a beautiful night.

Áspora Sessions 002 w/ BNYI b2b índigo

CRRDR's Trampa imprint returns with more mystical Latin electronic dimensions. Juanito's 'XPECTA' EP caresses through more ambient and stripped back fixations, showcasing a deeper side to the usually more pumped up sounds of guaracha and perreo, featuring a collaboration with ESCOBUTT on 'Take A Deep Breath'. On the flipside, Pursuit Grooves, Chigüiro, and AZUCAR provide club textures to the three original workings.

Our featured premiere, 'Futuraku', is a slow release of rolled back reggaeton that carries an inticing measured funk, enabling a danceable, pyshc rhythm throughout alongside its tripped out whistle melodies.

Carrying the dancefloor momentum, Prismatic Vision radiates syncopated organic percussions and resonant signals spiraling in delayed sparkles.
