Comencé a escuchar música electrónica a mediados del año 2004,  todavía recuerdo la primer track que escuché “Painkiller de Phanatic” -(cada vez que escucho esta track se me eriza la piel)- y desde entonces no paré, escuchaba y sigo escuchando a DJ’s como Wrecked Machines, Eskimo, Skazi, Talamasca y Neelix, entre otros. Si bien todavía me siguen gustando un montón, y son mis preferidos a la hora de elegir. Mis gustos han variado un poco, pasando por buen Deephouse, ProgressiveHouse, Techno, Fullon y por supuesto el Minimal que nunca puede faltar. Algún día me gustaría aprender a mezclar, no para convertirme en un DJ profesional, sino más bien por hobbie. Mis likes y republicaciones hablan más de lo que me gusta.

Nic Miranda found his passion for electronica and progressive house at the age of 14. Inspired by the likes of Sasha, Deep Dish, John Digweed, and Nick Warren and their Global Underground sets, Nic relentlessly practiced beat-matching and key mixing  after school, on his Technics — perfecting the craft of DJ'ing. He quickly rose through the local ranks, appearing twice on Dallas' 102.1 FM Edgeclub radio show, and opening for world-renowned DJs in the city's hottest nightclubs. In 2006 (at the age of 21), he went on to establish Oscuro Entertainment, a DJ and nightlife promotion firm, which garnered a massive following, and attracted talented musicians from all over the world. 

Over the years, Nic has been able to build on his Tech House sound, exhibiting a penchant for floor-shaking basslines and soul-triggering melody.

I am a passionate amateur music producer from Croatia using and learning basic FL Studio in my spare time. While not a professional, I possess extensive knowledge of various musical cultures and genres. I'm an avid admirer of the pioneers of hip-hop production, particularly Pete Rock & CL Smooth. 
My musical tastes also extend to jazz and funk, with deep appreciation for artists like Herbie Hancock, Chick Corea, and the Jazz Fusion movement, as well as Funkadelic and Parliament.

In addition to these genres, I have a strong love for classical music and many other styles.
 I grew up with electronic music, which remains a vital part of my daily life. My inspiration for mixing comes from the pioneers and, to me, the giants of the progressive house scene such as Dave Seaman, John Digweed, Seb Fontaine, and Desyn Masiello ❤, whose sets I've listened to hundreds of times.
