Biography
As an adolescent, the artist responsible for 30drop discovered new synthetic and electronic sounds that would later influence his work. From the year 1996, his activity as a DJ powered his link with music, focused on the Detroit Techno and Techno sounds, with the industrial references of Birmingham, moving toward an industrial, experimental, noise-based sound, particularly in the mid-2000s.

After a creative pause and as a DJ, it was not until 2012 that he decided to set up his new project, 30drop, which he eventually did at the end of 2014 at same time of his label 30D Records of which is the Manager and A&R together with Angel Molina.

 

Ideas and artistic concept
Using experimentation, 30drop does not create its music merely as the culmination of its concerns but as a channel for expression. The twin ideas of timelessness and multi-dimensionality are always present in the project. The play between light and darkness as the music projects these supporting concepts is what defines it.

Solid Techno, a repetitive beat, a cosmic melody and syncopated harmony are all used to create an universe that reflects the endless expansion of outer space and, at same time, introspection. Soul and Mind, Muscle and Brain.

 

’30drop’ Etymology
A SMPTE timecode is a set of cooperating standards to label individual frames of video or film with a timecode. 

Timecodes are added to film, video or audio material, and have also been adapted to synchronize music. They provide a time reference for editing,  synchronization and identification.

’30drop’ is the name of the SMPTE timecode used to synchronize audio and image of the old USA black & white analog TVs in the ages of 50’s and 60’s when the boom of SciFi TV Movies and films arrived at all the Americans houses through television.

Following his prior contributions to Faut Section, SUB tl and Illegal Alien records Asier Morillas brings the A4 (ES) flavour to Observant. The Spanish producer’s four-tracker is armed with heavyweight textures, deep kicks and metallic percussive patterns displaying his abstract abilities while keeping it groovy and warm securing his ranks with the techno avant-garde.

The opener 'Research Considerations' is a grinding conveyer belt of forward rhythmic movement surrounded by frictional tension. An array of malfunctioning electronics binds the plot to an intergalactic expedition on 'Space Alarm at 5 AM'. Dwelling into deeper territories on 'Nobody Knows His Whereabouts' shuffled hi-hats and whizzing noises contrast the meditative bleeps. The final offing is a dj tool a la 'Ventricular Contraction', an introspective atmosphere flooded with pensive dissonance of retro-futurism.

Biography:

A.Denial - also known as Anastasiia, who is started her career as a DJ in 2008. Her journey began with underground techno & breakbeat in the techno-club "Tunnel".
Since then, she has made a long way through out diverse electronic music genres and after her long journey In 2019, she created her own events series called “Sacred Sound Events”, which is built around the underground and hypnotic side of electronic music. 

In 2024 she created new project “Unknown Source” which is transforms unknown incoming signals from deep space into hypnotic waves and fast rhythms, with the debut release “Signals”. 

In recent years, she has released her first tracks on Nnullz rec, Wetland rec, Linee Sonore and Dorian labels. In February 2025, A.Denial released her debut album on Diffuse Reality Records, which is called "Life Story".  The latest release came out in May 2025, on a compilation by the Art Bei Ton label.
Now A.Denial is focused on her “home” studio, where she continues to work on her own sound and future releases..
