Marco Carola is a global ambassador of techno. From Napoli in the south of Italy, Marco was instrumental in the development of the electronic scene in the early 90s, he took the flourishing techno Napolitano scene to the rest of the world. Over twenty years later and Marco is still one of the most respected artists amongst the techno scene, widely regarded as one of the key factors in driving the genre towards worldwide recognition within electronic music.
 
As a revered producer and successful label head, Marco has spearheaded imprints such as Design Music, Zenit, Question, One Thousands and Do.Mi.No whilst releasing music on a selection of the words finest labels such as Minus, Plus 8 2M and Primate Recordings. In addition to five critically acclaimed albums, including his most recent Play It Loud, Marco has also been responsible for a clutch of seminal mix compilations. In 2006, his mix for legendary London club Fabric’s series was a lesson in sleek, future-facing minimalism. That was followed up by well received compilations for Time Warp in 2009. In 2010 Cocoon label boss Sven Väth asked him to mix the Frankfurt based label’s Party Animals CD alongside Nick Curly, which took Carola's dj taste and skills to new heights.
 
Famed for his energetic and impressive three-deck style of mixing and long journey set, Marco has remained one of the most in demand DJs on the planet throughout the last two decades. Favoring mammoth eight hour plus sets, Marco is predisposed to a subtle working of the crowd that has made him a favorite among fans from Ibiza to New York, South America and beyond.

He may be best known on the bounce scene in the Northwest of England, but Liverpool DJ/producer Phill Critchley, AKA Groove Control, has achieved things many of his peers can only dream of. Since starting out as a duo back in 2008 with fellow producer Mark Waldron, then relaunching as a solo act in 2012, he has gone from the backstreet sweatboxes of the North to performing at massive events in the UK & beyond, such as the Tidy Weekender, Bounce Till I Die (in the UK & Europe), Dcibelia & Skamner in Spain and the legendary Pumpingland in Poland. He has performed at sell out shows at massive venues such as the legendary Bowlers, and his tracks also received airplay on BBC Radio 1 and Clubland TV!

Since joining the Cheeky Tracks label in 2013, he's had several #1 hits on multiple download stores and earned 3 Hard Dance Tune Of The Month awards in Mixmag. He's also mixed the first Cheeky Tracks CD album, worked with ,  & , and been supported hugely by the biggest hard dance acts, from Rob Tissera, Andy Whitby & Lisa Pin Up, to Rodi Style and legendary duo Lab 4!

Key to his success has been creating his own unique bouncy hard dance sound, combining elements of all the current dance trends of the time. It's this constant evolution of his sound has made him a major player on the UK bounce & hard dance scenes. General Bounce is West Yorkshire based DJ and producer Dave Gray, who has become a prominent figure in UK clubland playing hard dance, bounce and house.

Obsessed with dance music from an early age, Dave has been an active club DJ ever since he turned 18 in 2001, starting on the local club & bar circuit playing everything from house and speed garage to trance and hard dance, before finally settling into the hard dance scene in 2005 with a residency for Shock in Wakefield. He quickly became known for his widely-influenced and versatile DJ sets, combining as many elements as possible from the genres he loves. When Shock ended in 2007 Dave began making regular appearances on the Northern bounce scene, and over the next 4 years Dave was privileged to play at venues such as Wigan Pier and Doncaster Warehouse. Hard dance remained a passion of his during this time, and in 2007 he came third in the Parlez Vous DJ Competition.

Things came to a head in 2010 when he was picked up by the Cheeky Tracks brand as a resident DJ and producer. Dave held a residency in the Cheeky Tracks room at Rave On in Leeds for the next 2 years, and since then he has become a regular face behind the decks at hard dance and bounce events nationwide, performing at prestigious events and venues including the Tidy Weekender, BTID, Frantic, Storm, Rejuvenation and many more.

Since taking his first steps as a producer in 2006, Dave has had several solo and collaborative releases, collaborating with both established producers and new artists on the scene, co-producing some of his collaborators' first big hits and even being played on BBC Radio 1. To date Dave has produced over 50 tracks which been supported by some of the biggest names in hard dance, such as Hannah Laing, Kutski, BK, Rob Tissera, Technikal, Andy Whitby, Anne Savage, Amber D and Lisa Pin Up. His collaboration with fellow hard house producer Rick James “Ibuleve” was featured on Hannah Laing's exclusive DJ mix for Spotify in 2022, and his last solo release “House Trafficking” topped the Toolbox Digital Shop store chart for over a week. He has also collaborated on a UK hard trance track with his idol Rob Tissera, called “Get Up Stand Up”.

Dave is an ardent believer in playing all genres of dance music, exposing his audience to new sounds and making his sets as varied as possible. Through doing this he has developed a trademark sound of vocal, uplifting rave music that's both tough and fun. Dave's passion for all genres of music runs deep, and so does his collection. This earned him a residency at Void in Manchester's gay village - an afterhours venue where he regularly played 3 - 4 hour sets of upfront funky and vocal house, through to the lighter side of hard dance. Dave was a resident for the whole 6 years of the club’s lifetime, and played the final set there on his birthday in 2020, when Void closed its doors for good. He continues to spend most weekends DJing for various events nationwide, and since 2021 he has played annually at the Unity In The Sun festival in Corfu. He also hosts a monthly podcast showcasing his label's releases as well his versatility as a DJ. 

In 2012 Dave went from being a Cheeky Tracks artist to co-owner of the label, and took full ownership of the brand in 2015. Under his ownership, he has established the label as one of the biggest selling independent labels in the hard house scene, consistently appearing in the top 10 across several download stores. 12 Cheeky Tracks releases were rated Hard Dance Tune Of The Month in Mixmag from 2014 to its final print edition in 2020.

Over 22 years after his DJ career began, Dave is showing no sign of slowing down and continues to go from strength to strength.  Whatever path Dave's career takes, you can be sure he will continue to do play music the way he believes it should be.... happy, uplifting and stomping!
