Nordic dance duo anamē and Danish singer-songwriter Lydmor collaborate on ‘Peaceful Avenues’, out now on Anjunabeats. 

The collaborative work of Marcus Schössow and Thomas Sagstad reached its latest apex last year with their debut album ‘Beautiful World’, a record that the pair have envisioned since first meeting over two decades ago. Following on from solo work with the likes of Swedish House Mafia, Axwell /\ Ingrosso and Kaskade over the last ten years, the duo’s debut album is the latest milestone in their expansive discographies. 

Originally featured as part of ‘Beautiful World’, ‘Peaceful Avenues’ is renowned as one of the biggest moments in anamē’s set lists. Now, the anthemic track now sees its own release alongside multiple new mixes. 

'Peaceful Avenues’ (Unplugged) sees Lydmor deliver a slow and emotional rendition of the popular track from a grand piano in Above & Beyond's studio. Also included in the release are a shorter edit of the original, as well as a full piano 'Unplugged' Instrumental Mix. Fans can expect to see behind-the-scenes footage of the recording process to be posted on anamē and Lydmor’s social and YouTube channels in the coming weeks.

Anyasa releases new single 'Closure' featuring Luke Coulson. The single follows the release of three EP's via Anjunadeep, which have accumulated over 3M streams across DSP's, as well as being covered in esteemed publications such as Mixmag and Rolling Stone India.

The Goan electronic producer has established himself as a world-class touring DJ and live act, with global schedules spanning India, North America, Europe and beyond, and evidenced in multiple online live recordings, such as his 2021 Mixmag In The Lab, and more recently a recording from his unforgettable set at Anjunadeep Open Air Goa December 2023. His 2024 Spring touring schedule includes 14 dates across India and North America, as well as playing at DGTL festival Amsterdam this March, with more dates to be announced.

Anish's unique take on club-focused productions, incorporating influences from his Goan roots in the form of featured artists and live instrumentation, has earned him support from tastemaker's including Maceo Plex, Joris Voorn and Eelke Kleijn. In this latest single, Anyasa continues to appeal to a far reaching audience, combining these influences and his electronic sound with the vocals of Luke Coulson.

A tech-trance innovator, prolific creator and in-demand DJ, Sander is one of the most recognizable and versatile artists in the electronic scene. He captures a feverish energy in his records and was instrumental in the evolution of trance and progressive house music in the early noughties. His very own Doorn imprint is home to some of the biggest names in dance music today.

One of Belfast's finest musical exports, DJ and producer Garry McCartney has become a prominent figure in the melodic techno world. 

Releases on Sasha's Last Night on Earth, Shall Not Fade, Tusk Wax, Aus and BPitch Control has made him a mainstay of the U.K. house and techno scene, with a recent BBC Radio 1 Hottest Record nod for 'Ekstac' from Annie Mac. 

While Ejeca soared on the underground scene, it was another passion project that drew Garry’s attention in the studio; Trance Wax. 

Growing up in an era where trance and progressive artists Sasha, Chicane and Paul Oakenfold were household pop music names, Garry was inspired to recut nostalgic rave hits to fit the eclectic environment of modern dance floors. 

The vinyl-only pressings worked their way into the record boxes of The Black Madonna, Bicep, Job Jobse and Denis Sulta, found radio support from the likes of B Traits and Danny Howard, and earned him a BBC Radio 1 Essential Mix in 2018 - providing end of the night moments for a generation of artists who fondly remember dance music’s golden era. 

His first digital remixes arrived in 2019, reworking Above & Beyond pres. OceanLab's 'Clear Blue Water' and 'Satellite', supporting the Anjunabeats head honchos at two sold out London Printwork shows.

Taking Trance Wax to the next level, we're proud to present his debut original release, the 'Manaya EP'.

Showing three sides to the Trance Wax sound, the EP draws heavily on turn of the millenia dance music culture. There’s a headsy The Future Sound Of London trip with ‘Northern Sky’, already a Friday fire record on Danny Howard’s BBC Radio 1 show. 

‘Alone Again’ takes things a step deeper; a vocal track that has been multiple years in the making from Garry. Providing a feel good hit of euphoria, ‘Manaya’ is a throwback to the classic uplifting trance sound.
