On through the mountains

The Carpathian spires
Soar above this land of thieves and fiends

Beyond great chasm
Ascending to the mist

Bell of midnight tolls

In the hours of the late
None escape their fate
And as the moon unveils
An Evil has prevailed

With a voice of a deathbird bells of the midnight toll
They chime in the rhymes of doom
Fever
And appalling nightmares halt in the gloom of dawn
And in the shadows of its glaze
Black coffins set their way
To WISMAR!

Pestilence
Spreads its wings in dismal winds
Sowing forth plain violent madness
Into minds unhinged

4. Wismar

First preview to the works of the new MK2 lineup. A rehearsal demo of our song 'Restitution' recorded in October during the plagueridden year of 2021. The song describes a long-prophesized return of a powerful character in Finnish folklore by an unexpected means of transportation.

The Restitution

Through time beyond time
Preceding all memory
Enduring through changing ways
And blood-stained centuries

As if in the olden days
We congregate to revere
With flowing mead and festivity
The sunwheel at its peak

The bleak midnight sun
Caress me with your gentle beams
The serene midsummer breeze
Fondling through the rustling leaves

The faces of young and old
They join in a thoughtful stare
Spirit of forlorn pagan tales
Echoes in the air

I stare through the flames
Reaching above the ancient trees
Might they know where their roots lie
Or from whence became their seed

Suddenly in the white sky
A falling star in the night
Descending before our eyes
It's glare rivals the sun

An awe-inspiring being
Steps forth out of the gleam
A figure bearded and caped
With a sword and an engraved shield

Walking within our midst
He then turns to speak:
"I've been summoned again
to revive your creed"

From the sable skies he came
Across the starlight trail
Through the aeons made his way
And for an aeon may he now reign
