Sparks dance high into the night
The coven flails with herbal fires
Surrounding birchtrees taint with shades
As they prance their games around the flames

And there I stopped and I stared
As if spellbound by their beauty and their wails
With fumes of their enthralling incense
Dreams found me from where I stayed

The morning sun struck my weary eyes
The woods of June bathed in soothing light
And there in the midst of bustling leaves
She stood there and called out for me

She stripped her black velvet lace
Dew of dawn sparkled gently on her face
The morning sun lingered sweetly on her breast
My anxious heart was beating wild in my chest

And so I had her
And so she had her dance upon me
The day reversed its face
And darkness laid its capes all around me

With fire she changed
And then recited a name,
BELPHEGOR!
Out from the deeps
Its voice called out for me
I trembled and I screamed about in terror

Her eyes turned into dreadful voids
And vile excrement was oozing from her loins
She beckoned the flames on to me
And said "you'll spend your days in purgatory"

First preview to the works of the new MK2 lineup. A rehearsal demo of our song 'Restitution' recorded in October during the plagueridden year of 2021. The song describes a long-prophesized return of a powerful character in Finnish folklore by an unexpected means of transportation.

The Restitution

Through time beyond time
Preceding all memory
Enduring through changing ways
And blood-stained centuries

As if in the olden days
We congregate to revere
With flowing mead and festivity
The sunwheel at its peak

The bleak midnight sun
Caress me with your gentle beams
The serene midsummer breeze
Fondling through the rustling leaves

The faces of young and old
They join in a thoughtful stare
Spirit of forlorn pagan tales
Echoes in the air

I stare through the flames
Reaching above the ancient trees
Might they know where their roots lie
Or from whence became their seed

Suddenly in the white sky
A falling star in the night
Descending before our eyes
It's glare rivals the sun

An awe-inspiring being
Steps forth out of the gleam
A figure bearded and caped
With a sword and an engraved shield

Walking within our midst
He then turns to speak:
"I've been summoned again
to revive your creed"

From the sable skies he came
Across the starlight trail
Through the aeons made his way
And for an aeon may he now reign
