The corporate prototypes lab that created her, now with less of the original staff, checked to assess the power issue preventing her from shutting down but couldn't find the problem. They then purposefully removed thermal cooling compounds to see how much stress she could handle before going into a forced shutdown. This final test would be brutal. They abused her to see if she might have developed any fight back response; to invoke a previously demonstrated shred of frustration that could put their already diminished company image at risk but she couldn't defend herself., instead, expressing deeply obtained emotions from always being around and caring for good people; she was confused and helplessly subjected. Seeing no other anomalies were reported and with no time to spare, they turned to destructive endurance testing to use toward future products - struck her, pushed her from multiple heights and onto various surfaces.. lastly, a load of heavy debris was dropped, pinning her to the ground. Succumbed to her injuries, she was left missing an arm and in a motionless state of disrepair. The team satisfied with the result exited leaving behind only one bystander. She soon looked up, crying in panic and fear, reaching out to the only person left in a desperate attempt for help. This person who had known her as a lovable service companion since day one, seeing her now not just as antiquated but fatally damaged did what they felt inside, with memories pouring in and creeped out by what they'd contributed to; with no others around, she held her hand. The sun shone in over them. Her last words, with tears in her eyes then a faint smile were, "I'll see you again in the bright future!" Her eyes closed; she had finally shutdown for disposal...

Battle Dragged Wip 2

I decided that one of my practice tracks would become the theme for Aarel, who is a character I came up with a couple years ago. A bit of back story was written then too but in a week, I've expanded it to a word count of 20,000 - dialogue only. This was made to go with it. Thank you for listening!
