I always love playing Halloween events. The dark grooves I play are always a hit! Dead Ringer in Reno, NV was packed to the gills and going off. The crowd was ripe for the spooky tunes and I was in the flow. Here is the recording from that night. Enjoy my mix, and may the darkness be with you.

2022 was my 8th return to Burning Man and my 4th year camping and building with DISTRIKT. It’s always a lot of blood, sweat, and beers being part of such a massive camp that provides so much. It is rewarding in ways I can’t describe despite this year being particularly difficult. 

As for my set at DISTRIKT, I decided to go with a darker style than usual and the crowd seemed to love it. I wanted to represent the sound from my Shadow Wulf record label and I included a few grooves from the label. It was a blissful experience for me to see all the happy faces getting down in the heat with me. I hope you all enjoy this recording over and over again. I am looking forward to seeing you all in the dust once again 2023!

This was my debut at Moon Tribe Gathering March 20, 2019 1:30am - 3am. The insane amount of rain the desert has received this year has blessed us with the most beautiful desert landscapes I have seen in California. It was an absolute honor to play my first Moon Tribe with so many wonderful and weird souls. Music brings our community together and the love we all share is what life is all about for me. I was on opening duties for the December Cold Moon so I warmed up a bit and got to business with some dark techno grooves to keep the bodies moving. I had a great time as always and felt great about setting the night off. So blessed to have the opportunity to play at such a legendary event with all the Moontribers.

"It's wild that it's been 4 years since I did my first Wulfcast, back when I had just started to collaborate with Wulfpack and now look where we are! I wanted to do something special for this one, with everything that's going on and so many people working from home and in need of musical entertainment, it seemed fitting to do a nice long mix. I truly love taking the time to journey through all my different sounds and styles, and to make more natural and gradual progressions without feeling rushed. A podcast mix is always a rare opportunity to do something different, not necessarily going for easy crowd-pleasers or worrying about moving a dancefloor. I feel it's more about taking the listener on a more introspective and captivating journey...ending up places and not being sure how you got there but knowing that the ride has been smooth. Maybe taking a few quirky turns along the way, experimenting a little bit!  Never in one fashion for too long. Two of my newest tracks are in this, along with a whole bevy of other featured tracks from our new friends and collaborators at German labels Jannowitz and Jaw Dropping Records (where one of my tracks is soon to be released). Many come from the newest Jaw Dropping VA compilation Another Dance / Another Chance II releasing this April 2020. Also featured are other dynamite originals from local producer friends and collaborators from San Diego, including Dylan Andrew, Memo Rex, and Britton. It's always a pleasure to feature some of our newest Wulfpack releases as well, and I loved using Jamie Schwabl's most recent release to finish things off." - Crescendoll

Crescendoll is a lead and producer with local LA music label Wulfpack, among whom her talents and efforts shine the brightest. After a defining EP release on Archon Records in 2019 and memorable performances in select legendary underground desert gatherings, Crescendoll gained well-earned momentum. 2020 will deliver her to Germany and France for the fascinating and unique experience at Chateau Perche Festival. No matter the destination, she brings her unique blend of techno to the table with her signature grimey darkness, deep desert minimal, growling gutter grooves, and psychedelic progressions.

Wulfcast 076 - Crescendoll

In my new studio mix series I want to offer some mixes in different genres, and with a little different feel than you might get from a live mix.

I've been exploring tracks I don't play out much or else in a long time, that are not necessary dance-driven but more interesting conceptually...

This first mix is a techno mix which starts gently and escalates quickly before coming back down to a nice close.

It would be a lot to ask a dance floor to have this much change in energy but this isn't for the dance floor necessarily

It's more a reflection of the chaos all of us feel in our lives right now.

I've done a few LiveStreams, all house, and really been dying to play some techno.

This set even started as a livestream, but had some tech issues so I just played for my wife an I, and opened up a bit more musically than I probably would have if live

Anyway, hope you are well out there wherever you are!
