Once in a While

In an attempt to avoid using the phrase "singer-songwriter, Aaron Douglas describes his music as Melodromatic, Alternative, Folk rock. 
Wether playing solo or with his full band, there is always a deliberate emphasis on dynamic, soaring vocals, and a smattering of various different accents and silly musings in between songs, coupled with lyrical content usually born out of people watching, satirical news websites and depression catharsis. These qualities have allowed him to support the likes of James Bay, Gavin James, Jack Garratt & Scott Matthews, whilst also picking up endorsements with Elixir Strings, Lakewood Guitars, & Logarhythm stompers. His latest achievements include reaching number 6 in the iTunes Singer Songwriter chart with his debut single "Shipwrecks", having tracks from his 2nd EP "Battles" played on BBC6 music.
