"All thoughts and ideas appear as ripples, waves and vortices in the flowing movement of nature’s holograph. Every aspect of reality — from the most distant celestial object to the most minute organism — is enfolded in a single field of matter and energy, time and space. The web-like structure of this holograph is what makes the prospect of extinction and time travel so unsettling. ixqzm is a Paris based sound artist, drawing inspiration from island culture and the mesmerizing power of nature. Deeply influenced by her love for Taiwan's mountainous forests, she reinterprets the complexity and chaos of urban sounds through field recordings and composition, transforming them into the rich diversity and vitality she experiences in nature. Her work redefines the boundaries of noise, creating an immersive musical journey, an unconscious exploration deep into the heart of an electronic jungle.

ixqzm creations span ambient, experimental, noise, and electronic genres. She has performed at some of Paris’s iconic venues such as Le Klub, Magnum Club, Le Shakirail, Le Tour Orion and Fête de la Musique, as well as at numerous art-driven underground events. Known for her versatile musical style, Ixqzm is an active presence in Paris’s electronic music scene, crafting abstract spatial soundscapes and sensory experiences that evoke the feeling of traversing dense jungles while connecting audiences to both the natural and urban worlds.
