I was watching Netflix with my son, and we started watching the Headspace program, and he said 'Oh, I like the music, it's so calming!'. And we started making something together, gradually slowing it down till it had a really spare but not too boring a vibe. We then added long single notes on different instruments to create a more embracing sound. And then we added owls and a campfire to really cosy it up. It really chills me out listening to this.
