This project began as a collaborative sound art commission for Dublin Digital Radio titled Tirdreacha/Krajobrazy/Landschaften/مناظر الطبیعة in collaboration with Tom O'Dea and participants based in Berlin, Warsaw and Bethlehem. These songs were composed from found sounds recorded on ferries across the Irish and Atlantic Seas, with lyrics and vocal arrangements developed and written over a series of shows in Dublin, Berlin and Lisbon. Spoken word adapted from Kate Chopin's novel 'The Awakening'.

Labyrinthine Thread

Recorded March 2024. A dear friend asked me to record a mix to accompany them during their medicinal journey expected to last 6 hours. Two other friends were asked to record mixes for the remaining 4 hours and this is my 2-hour contribution. I wanted their stop with me to be gentle, but contemplative and psychedelic. Maybe you'd like to take this to start your own journey? Hope you enjoy, whatever state your mind is in. Thank you Chris for this wonderful opportunity, it was the dreamiest request ever.
