Hailing from the Yorkshire Dales just outside of Leeds, Balrog is the founder of UK record label Khazad Records. As an artist his style could be categorised as industrial groove, focusing on heavy groove-ridden drums, driving bass lines, and obscure distorted vocals. 

Balrog has gone from strength to strength over the last few years with multiple releases on exciting techno labels including Soma, Instruments Of Discipline, Moments In Time, Green Fetish and The Meaning Of Rave. His music has received support from some of the biggest in the scene including Amelie Lens, Dax J, Rebekah, Perc, Paula Temple, Manni Dee, and many more.

This mix is part of Balrog’s vinyl only mix series “When Techno Had Groove”, focussing on working through his collection of records from the late 90s and early 2000’s, a taste of what to expect on March 12.

Sounds From NoWhere welcomes aboard the Italian dj & producer WarinD (WarinD Records).

Giuseppe De Chiara began his WarinD project, influenced by Hardgroove, acid and distorted sounds in September of 2015, In the same time, he started his own record label "WarinD Records" to release his first productions.
WarinD manages to capture billowing pieces of zeitgeist in his sounds of rapid Techno structures, twisted, distorted lines of Acid and his distinctive sense of melancholy, resonating deeply within a new generation of young ravers trying to find their ways through the rotten battlefields of our postmodern times.
We are thrilled to host this killer mix weaving through hypnotic, raw and groovy moods.

Being praised for her excellent high-end precision mixing skills Esther blends styles together flawlessly, bringing quality & content to any dancefloor. From raw electro to Detroit techno, hard techno & proper acid techno. She creates a natural flow traveling effortlessly through all the decades of electronic music like time doesn’t exist. 

She also enjoys playing deeper styles like Chicago house, dub techno, obscure acid & (downtempo) EBM and feels right at home starting her DJ’s sets from scratch setting the mood and building to where the dancefloor needs to be. 

Dune has music out under her Esther Duijn alias on labels like Gegen Records, Coincidence Records, Deestricted & Expel Your Demons with many more releases to come.
 
This has not gone unnoticed by the scene, earning her a residential DJ slot at the mighty Tresor where she is also one of the hosts of New Faces, Gegen Berlin & Bauhauz in the Netherlands.
Esther also made (regular) appearances at Intergalactic FM Festival, Pornceptual, De School, Unter NYC, Freerotation Festival, Elevator Shanghai, Panorama Bar to name a few. 
In 2017 she was asked by Resident Advisor to do a tour in Australia together with Skatebård. 

Esther is running an all vinyl label & stream “Another Earth”. The stream is hosted on HÖR Berlin. 

Esther’s last name “DUIJN” means “DUNE” in old Dutch. Considering the fact Esther has been picked up internationally the artist name “ESTHER DUNE” will be used for all outgoing media.
