Hybral is a Berlin-based non-binary DJ and producer drawn to eerie energetic industrial techno. They mix and produce haunting techno, EBM, and noisy-driven experimental sounds. Hybral's productions are made of dark atmospheric patterns linked with pushing percussions and basslines as well as heavily distorted kicks and harsh industrial noises. Mixing DJ sets the track selection is ranging from contemplative ambient to stern and fast techno -  connecting vast influences from Hybral's personal experiences of spending days and nights on Berlin's dancefloors.

Before meeting and creating Sub Imperium in mid-2019, with the express purpose of their first show together, the members had been playing and producing independently for ten years. The creative symbiosis has served to create their own signature sound that transcends styles and, as they themselves say, "their music comes from somewhere in techno, and it tends to be dynamic and edgy, accented by a dark sound." The team has already made their mark with their hybrid live shows at the Inwine event series, RAF25, Blank's Big Rave, Abbey, Monasterio and m_division. 

Sub Imperium has ten albums under their belt and one work ,in CD format, released on a French label. Also vinyl works will be released this year.

This mix was live recorded in one of their latest event.

They mix and produce haunting techno and noisy-driven experimental sounds - creating dystopian and menacing atmospheres and capturing feelings of anger, anxiety, chaos, fear, tension and pain.  Hybral's productions are made of dark atmospheric patterns linked with pushing percussions and basslines as well as heavily distorted kicks and harsh industrial noises. 

In this mix, Hybral focuses on the rather slower side of industrial techno, giving it a sexy and texturised touch.

They are also founder of the queer label, event and podcast SUBVERTED that is focusing on industrial techno with influences by dark ambient, noise, EBM and hypnotic techno. SUBVERTED curates queer parties with equally queer line-ups, showcasing non-binary, trans, female, inter, and agender DJs and producers focusing on dark, harsh, athmospheric and texturised sounds. the intention is to lead the scene back to its roots of diversity and social justice. SUBVERTED stands in resistance to the personality cult and intends to put the focus back on music and community building.

NN’s Cinematic Industrial Techno project started 4 years ago in Paris. 
The goal of the project is to experiment the association of the different atmosphere of many genre of electronic music such as Techno, Noise, Drum&Bass, Industrial, EBM....

Blending them to create a story line equivalent to a screenplay. 
From shamanic atmosphere to futuristic grooves his productions will try to take you on an occult odyssey. 
After hiding in the shadows for few years, he just released two EP on Wrongnotes, remixed by Anthro, UVB and Znzl and on Demian Records. 
Both supported by many artists: Ancient Methods,I Hate Models ,Paula Temple, Perc, SPFDJ.. just to name a few.

Hybral is a Berlin based non-binary DJ and producer focusing on the darker side of electronic music, ranging from contemplative cinematic ambient and more introspective and slower ritualistic leaning techno to rough, fast, industrial and uncompromising hard techno - capturing feelings of anger, anxiety, chaos, fear, tension, desire and pain. 
Through layering dark, driving, distorted and seductive beats with trembling textures, dystopian soundscapes and hauntingly eerie atmospheres, Hybral not only increases the intensity and energy throughout their sets towards the end, but also shows a different side of hard and industrial techno that is more inward looking, evolving and mind-bending while still maintaining the hard hitting sound experience. 
By using awry harmonies and chaotic noise, Hybral intends to express how queerness disrupts and reorders norms by not following accepted paths and normative sound aesthetics. Their tracks shake listeners into a state of hypnosis, disorientation and ask to question ourselves and our position in society. Alarming timbres, modulated ominous atmospheres and distorted kick drums, noisy and in reverberation immersed percussions evoke the power and necessity of movement and destruction as a source of change.
