We are pleased to welcome Matias Freccia, from Córdoba Argentina, and his unique sensitivity. This music has all the detail, sophistication, and depth we want to portray through Techno and references to ancient cultures on this Label. In fact, the names of the tracks come from the Quechua language, the same culture of the Peruvian Andes from where RUNAl is inspired and takes its name.

 

The EP is named after the first track 'Songo', a mixture of mysticism and sound experiments that open the doors of perception. Chhuga immediately ushers us into Matias' world, beats that cradles the soul. Gamelan is deep, a plunge into the subconscious. Hypnotic and mind games from the fourth track Eko. Takix closes the EP leaving the moods high, transporting us to distant realms with native voices and trippy melodies.

For her first release on her own label called « Nerudo », Hemka delivers her very specific signature sound on her EP called "Divine Beast ». Four unique tracks with energetic and hypnotic grooves, dissonant notes and strange FX. The opening track « Divine Beast » shows a straight to the point mood that leads you to the highest energy. The second track « Enigma » drives you to a mystic journey puzzled with stabbing violins, pads and intense shakers. The story telling continues with « Moldarquor » based on the same formula along with nice grooves. In the last track « Shrine », Hemka ends it up with tasty textures, a strong bass groove fed with unique FX.

A.Paul and DJ Dextro collaborate on the latest release in the revitalised Rilis series from the Unrilis record label. It features five dark and industrial tracks with hypnotic grooves, analogue sounds and dystopian atmosphere.

Rilis is a highly revered classic series that was originally launched by the iconic Rino Cerrone to be an outlet for his more experimental productions. Although Rino Cerrone has since retired from the music industry, his legacy lives on and the series was recently relaunched with new music from the likes Ritzi Lee and Samuel L Session.

Collaborating regularly, A.Paul and DJ Dextro are both veteran Portuguese producers known for their joint productions on scene-leading record labels ranging from Hans Bouffmyhre's Sleaze Records to the legendary Planet Rhythm.

Both of the guys are also accomplished solo producers, A.Paul heads up the highly influential record label Naked Lunch. DJ Dextro has recently dropped tracks on labels ranging from Pan-Pot's Second State to Coyu's Suara.

"Engage" opens the release with its eerie atmosphere and fast-flowing rhythms before the chunky percussion and stripped style of "Insipido". "Histeria" is third on the release with its trippy synth line and "Vessel 52" utilises punishing claps and explosive textures to deliver a constant flow of energy. "Reducer" closes the release with its shimmering pads and Detroit-inspired synth stabs that rappel with modulation.
