Premiere of 'Neanthe' by Other Form, taken from Neanthe EP forthcoming on trau-ma

Bristol-based Other Form makes his debut on Robert Hoff’s trau-ma label with an EP of three forward-thinking techno tracks. “Neanthe” is perhaps one of the artist’s most ’floor-ready outputs to date, twisting dissonant highs over crushing lows, evolving a formula that’s earned recent plays from the likes of DVS1, Rene Wise, Charlotte de Witte, and Kwartz. “Howea” keeps up the pace, but lightens the tone over broken percussion and sci-fi pads. “Orchidastrum” closes out the release with a deeper and more hypnotic vibe, with analogue synths bubbling over another round of cavernous kicks
